I’m visiting and walk in to use the bathroom and it’s pristine! So I decided to eat. Everything clean and service was excel. They also had a gospel song on in the lobby! Super cool atmosphere! I I recommend not based on the gospel song but based on the manager on hand and the service, they are super sweet!
Went through the drive thru, they didn’t get my order right. Asked to pull around, they bring it out, still isn’t right. Had to go back in, and I asked to speak to a manager and for a receipt so I could leave a survey. Was told they can’t speak and I can’t have a receipt. Worst service ever. Got home, my order still isn’t correct. Will drive to another Wendy’s location from here on out.
Order given was incorrect but fries were good. Drink was fine.
This Wendy's is definitely going down hill.
When I posted this review we had just had a lot of issues ordering, almost got double charged because I wanted a milk with my combo... and then my fries and chicken came out cold.
Just today I ordered 2x 6 piece spicy nuggets and it looks like someone was trying to make chicken jerky. They are dried completely out and burned looking. I can only assume they've been in the holding drawer for hours.
$30 for 2 fast food hamburgers! I think we'll go to. Steakhouse instead. The staff was great, but the prices are crazy. Could be the beginning of the end for Ms. Wendy!
This is the first spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickles & mustard I've had in at least 6 years. It is to live for. Try it. I think you'll like it as much as I do.
We left..3 sm drinks and 2 cookies were $11.07. Any other wendys it's $8 and change. Please explain
I spent very little, too and enjoyed it so much! This was a small chili over a salad.
