We ordered 50$ worth of food they didn’t give my wife the taco salad. Would not upgrade the chili so she bought another one.
She had to drive back for the salad. They didn’t give her ANYTHING that came with the taco salad. No chips. No sour cream. No salsa. A knife and no fork.
How do you mess up that badly.
This is my favorite Wendy’s because the staff is always professional, nice and gets my drive thru order correct. Even when they are busy, the line moves quickly. I often stop by for their Apple Pecan Salad, which tastes fresh, with the chicken grilled and warm. The chili is also great and reheats well.
Been ordering food here for at least a decade. Always drive-thru, which is fast and courteous. Food is always hot and fresh, and I've never gotten an incorrect order. Can't speak for inside dining, but for drive-thru, it's one of my favorites.
Horrible food. Nothing was fresh. Fries were old and chili was cold. They never gave us a receipt to call so we can call and complain and have our food remade. And unfortunately this happens often at this location.
I was "greeted" by the most unkind woman working the drive thru, the worst part was I believe she was the manager. She did not provide any kind greetings and talked poorly about me to her coworkers while I was waiting for my food. I was clearly an inconvenience to her day! Honestly, will not be going back to this location.
There has been 2 occasions where I have been to this location and there is an African American lady who is rude as hell. before anybody says anything I'm African American myself.. she is quick to cut you off and she tells you what you are and aren't having.. I asked for a spicy nuggets with my biggie bags and she told the cashier who's taking my order they aren't doing that. I can hear her in the background she was loud. she hands me my food without even looking at me or saying anything. Because I took both bags but didnt tug in acknowledging manner that I had them she then looks and ask if I have both bags. Well of you were looking at me to begin with you would know i do and she almost tossed my card at me saying here. She is the only rude one I have ever encountered at this store. because of this I'm not coming back. I get we all have bad days but this is the second time I've come across her and she's treated me the same way. It's absolutely ridiculous to work in customer service and not have customer service. although I do not spend an astronomical amount of money here I do spend my money here. My drink was supposed to be a large and she gave me a small and it was flat. I asked for a receipt and all of a sudden the machine dont work. They weren't busy. There was only one car in front of me. Its Christmas Eve and she's acting like the Grinch. Smh hope she has a better rest of the year but I won't know because I'm not coming back.
There were no patrons waiting when we ordered. Waited to be helped. Soda machine in lobby didn’t work so had to go back and wait at counter to be helped again for our drinks. After eating ordered a frosty, no spoons, had to eat with a fork. Chicken nuggets-will never order again. Fries were good, fresh.
Had a rather unpleasant experience at the Wendy's located in Henderson NV location today, which incidentally marks both my first and last visit. The lunch outing turned into a case of food poisoning. The exterior of the store is far from inviting, adorned with conspicuous black, baked-on grease stains—particularly egregious near one of the side doors and the guest entrance walkway.
Upon entering, the state of disarray continued. The multi-soda dispenser, in particular, left much to be desired, resembling a urinal with soda stains from various brands. It's unclear whether the establishment has a regular cleaning schedule akin to what I've observed at McDonald's in Florida, or if this is a peculiar situation in Las Vegas.
This visit marked my second and final one. I would have included more pictures if I thought management would be receptive. However, if I observe no efforts to address and remedy these issues upon a future visit, I won't hesitate to escalate the matter—whether through a call to OSHA or the Nevada Health Department.
In hindsight, Panera up the street next to the airport seems like a more appealing choice than this establishment.
