2 for 3.20 breakfast is great. Parking is ample. Drive through or drive in are efficient. Handicapped access is good. Kid friendlly with high chairs available. . Lots of pleasant window booths with natural light. Clean restrooms. Polite staff . Variety in the menu choices. The bacon Hamburger sandwich is very good. Teas good. Refills inside the dining room are free. There's plenty of room in the line, the dinning room and restrooms to navigate comfortably. Handicapped access is convenient. Dine in, take out, pick up lanes are efficient.
The lady at the register on 6/1/24, is so rude ,and will decrease the business at this location. Was complaining about having to give refunds, fir items they said they had but didn't. Charged me for 2 cookies gave me one and complained about it,didn't give me second one. Was talking to other employees not on the clock,while she should be helping customers. Lucky, I didn't ask for a full refund.
Today I figured I will go to one of my favorite Wendy's but unfortunately today was not good service i tried to call and talk to a manager but no answer.
I ordered the double stack biggie bag my fries was cold and butcher up I had no whole fries I'm just disappointed.
They only accepted cash and were out of Sprite. They asked us to pull up and wait for the 2 orders of plain nuggets I ordered. The worker came out, handed me the bag and said, "by the way, all them nuggets are spicy cause dats all we got." I told her that I didn't want spicy nuggets and that started a chain of events that insured that I'll never go to that location again.
Took my grandson out for breakfast before an early morning Dr appointment. He was so happy just to be there.
Run Run Run away from this restaurant. I had not been to this Wendy's since I lived in Jax in the 80's. This Wendy's was bad back then and has not improved since then. Rude and Nasty staff. Ordered from a nasty little orange headed girl (unable to utter the words "hi what would you like to order" or "thank You"). The staff was running around like the Keystone Kops - they had no idea what they were doing . Finally got my order, was eating my food when they called my name again and tried to give me the same order. duh This restaurant should have been closed back in the 1980s, the only reason it is still open is because it is in a prime location in Five Points. With a good staff this place could make a mint.
If you enjoy being ignored in the drive-thru for 20 mins, watching a customer standing at the drive up window yell at the worker (bonus, she screamed back), getting your order without any of the fries you ordered, watching the employee flip through her phone while getting your drinks ready, and having the employee tell you "I assemble gaming consoles for Temu. My name is Osborne James" (employee was a woman)...then this is the Wendys for you!
If you enjoy a safe experience with attentive employees who give you all the food you ordered AND PAID FOR, then go some place else. Awful, awful experience.
Grilled chicken wrap was more like a grilled rubber ducky. Don't do it if you're there late. My cat liked it though.
