Food has always been on par with most Wendy's i've been to, but half the time I go and pick up mobile orders, the staff always has a reason to give me attitude / problems. I don't necessarily understand why. As a former fast food worker I understand the struggles, but pinning that onto customers doesn't give the best feeling when walking out.
I just walked in this morning with my partner to pick up our seperate mobile orders, as we picked them up and confirmed them, the lady at the front counter gave me the weirdest look and had a nasty tone. Please be nice to customers and you will get your respect back!
I just came in to good lunch and my food has mold on it, I didn’t look and took two bites and now I can’t finish it..and the cashier was rude to us and then didn’t ring in the order like I asked so my son had his food messed up.
Not enough people working, cars were backed up to the street in the drive thru. When we got to the order station they ask us to wait, 5 min. Then they were out of items I wanted.
The location on Richland Avenue in Athens, Ohio, was pretty dirty. Floors and counter were sticky. Fries are always cold and nasty.
Drive through order not correct. Tried calling 4 times to report and address the issue. Each time phone was picked up and hung up without any statements.

I moved down the road this past summer, so I ate here fairly frequently . They have started to consistently forget or ignore that fact my burger orders are always plain, I counted 5 times in a row that I received a burger with everything. I started to not even leave the drive through window, that was until the last time I went there. I went inside because I was on my bike, and I was naive and didn't check my order until I got home. When I did, it was of course, covered in the toppings I didn't want, but between the two patties of my double JBC where the burger opened was a piece of aluminum foil! ALWAYS check your food from this location, not only did they probably mess up the order, they could have left a metal surprise!
Definitely one of my favorites for a fast food craving and the only chain place that I can still eat these days. But I grew up going to this location and will continue to go to this location because they have good service and staff no matter what day it is or what time it is and they get your order right all the time at least that's been my experience with them where I can't say the same thing about the other locations in the area.
