Incredibly slow service in an unbelievably messy restaurant. The food was okay, but it took way too long to get it. The people behind the counter didn't really seem to know what they were doing. Meanwhile, the dining room was a disaster. There was one whole table that the employees had covered in trash and Red Bull cans. Employees would frequently come out from the back to drink the cans and then leave them on the table. Not impressed at all.
Don’t waste your time going here burger is going to be thrown together old and half made they need to close this damn location down and hire some new people
After moving back to Casper after 25 years away in New Orleans, it's nice to be able to purchase a Frosty instead of hearing "Our machine is broken" and also actually getting what I ordered and having it be hot. I boycotted Wendy's in New Orleans for years, after once receiving a cold burger. Not just cool but cold. New Orleans fast food workers are the worst. So, the fact that I'm willing to eat at Wendy's again is because of Casper. Go inside and get your go order, the drive-through line is always ridiculous.
Always quick and fresh. I ordered from the app. Give them my name at the drive-thru and boom.
Sometimes, the line can be extra long. Wyoming loves their Wendys!
Got our ENTIRE order wrong. Only 2 people and they took forever. This has been happening every time I’ve gone to this one. I RECOMMEND CY WENDYS
Foid read great, service was almost mediocre (but a bit below that level). Food was spot on but there were extremely disruptive 'customers' trying at & swearing at & threatening the employees that should have been asked to leave.
The person that took our order was sorta rude, my daughter had to tell her her order twice cause she only want ketchup mayo and extra cheese. And the girl said that come s on it , and my daughter said again she didn't want all that
When someone says Just bacon & cheese on their baconator it doesn’t mean put condiments on it. Ruined my lunch, wish i had time to stop and exchange.
