Me and my daughter had our first appointment at the practice on Tuesday. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Which put both of us at ease. The dentist and dental nurse were both so professional and reassuring answered all of my questions and nothing was to much. Pleased to hear that they are expanding as I could not fault the service. We are looking forward to returning for our 6 month check up. Highly recommend this practise.

Nothing but praise for this surgery. On my last visit, I saw a new dentist. He was amazing. He has a relaxed personality that makes you feel relaxed. He is also what I would call an honest dentist. Dentist like him are very rare, and are the reason I keep returning for regular check ups.
The new Dentist/Owner, Dr Patel was excellent. Friendly manner, really good dental care, understanding, not pushy, everything you want in a dentist. And that's coming from someone who usually doesn't like dentists. The building interior could do with some love, but the treatment room is spotless.
I've only been a patient at this dental practise for a couple of month but feel that I have been treated well. After losing a place at my old practise I was taken on by this practise, it's clean and very inviting, the receptionist is very friendly as are all the staff I have encountered. My treatment has been explained to me and have a had a white filling replace an old filling. The work was painless and professionally installed I've had no problems and am looking forward to being a happy patient for the future. I would recommend this practise to anyone.
Dr Patel is very good, as a nervous patient he instils calm and is very professional and friendly, the rest of the staff from the receptionist to the dental nurse are all very good. Many thanks.
I have had excellent treatment from Dr Balkhi and staff over many years. It's good to read the new owner is also excellent.
I telephoned this morning with regards to registering as a patient. I was asked to call in and fill in a form, which I did. Within 10 minutes I was registered and had an appointment. Alice on reception was very polite, helpful and professional, explaining the whole process to me.
