On Thursday 22nd February was told to pick up my prescription next day as they would need to order it. I went in around 4pm on Friday 24th February and the doors were shut. The staff seemed so rude, no notice as to why they are shut and only spoke to one customer and shut the door while people were still queued up outside. Heard from a customer that ‘the pharmacist left early.’ Sent my partner on Monday 26th to recieve my prescription again and was told it’s still not here and they don’t know when it will come. What a waste of a time. Avoid! Million pharmacies and Greens pharmacies on chester road are much better even when they are busy!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst pharmacy known to man. Every single time you go to collect a prescription it's "we don't have this in stock" or "we will have to owe you that" or "something just needs to be added then it needs checked". You raise an issue and the staff literally shout at you like a five year old child! Slamming medication on counter. I've literally never known a pharmacy where at least one medication from your prescription can't be provided every single time to go to collect. Changed to million pharmacy after today's fiasco. Walked in, asked if they had stock, they looked puzzled as they said yes (I mean why wouldn't you it's not a mega rare medicine" walked out 5 mins later with my prescription.
Gone downhill since been took over prescriptions not delivered on time have to go to shop and then call back 3 moth in a row
Barely ever answer the phone. Just tried 22 times and still no answer. Not bad in store service though.
Went in on Sunday for 8am covid booster....bang on time no dramas Lasses all happy and cheerful....Good start to a Sunday!!!!!!

2nd time there for COVID and flu injection. Very well organised and excellent staff.
