I had an appointment booked for 10am on Monday 25th September. This was arranged the previous week by a telephone call with the garage. I arrive to my appointment to be greeted with a sign on the door ‘closed until further notice’ therefore I was unable to get my tyres done (I needed them done that day ready for my MOT) There was no courtesy email or phone call to say that they were closed. Even in an emergency customers should still be informed of the inconvenience sooner than arriving on their doorstep. I was forced to find somewhere else last minute to fit my tyres. I will not be returning to this garage to get my tyres done this time or another! I am only giving it one start because zero isn’t an option
We were let down last minute by a company we have used for many years and we fit saved the day! So polite and squeezed us in with very short notice! Highly recommend.
Went for tyres and MO T which was booked in for the 28th september 2023 only to find a note on door saying closed untill futher notice .
Feel really let down as i was not even given a phone call .the very least i would expect .

Booked online, excellent selection of tyres and the website was easy to navigate.
Turned up the next day for fitting, good comfortable waiting room, friendly and helpful welcome and back out the road in about 10 minutes.
Very good service and happy with the tyres.

Could do with a rename. Most expensive puncture repair shop in Alton (charged £30 other quotes were £23 and £24.50 - yet they were the only ones with same day availability - I see why now). I had to come with the tire already removed. And when they gave it back to me they wanted more money to fit it back to the car?! Would have been cheaper just getting a brand new tyre for £53 fitted from quick fit! Definitely somewhere to avoid for puncture repairs.
Really helpful at short notice for an unusual tyre job. A friendly, independent firm with good prices. Will definitely continue to visit them ????
Car was booked in for an m.o.t and for some issues to be checked which are covered under warranty, however, when I arrived the guy said he won't do it! He didn't even ask what the issues were. Extremely rude and unfriendly.
One of the best garages I have used in my life. The staff are super helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Tracy for being awesome and going the extra mile to get me back on the road. If you are not using Wefit then you should be.
