Simon did my old lady's tattoos and they came out great. When I mentioned to her what I wanted to do on my hand, she spoke with him, and he brought my idea to life. He's easygoing, a hell of an artist, and far less expensive than an artist of his caliber normally is.
13/10 will be returning.
