Eric, the owner, got involved and walked me through every step of the way as to why I brought my vehicle to them. He was honorable in telling me what was needed but was also honorable in telling me, what was not. In doing so, I was able to save money. My experience with Weber Road Auto Service was great. Careful attention was given to my concern and a thorough explanation was given to me about them. Eric even rode with me hoping to duplicate the sounds I was concerned about and explained them to me. I left there feeling my concerns had been addressed.
Great experience at Weber road auto. Took my car in to have the brakes replaced. The staff was all very friendly. The repair was done quickly, at a fair price, and even slightly less than the estimate that they gave me. It's refreshing to find mechanics that do good work at a fair price and don't try to sell you on repairs that you don't need.
Took care of me right away, fixed all my issues in 2 days. Not over priced. Nice, honest, caring staff. Highly recommend.

I don't think I have ever left a google review but Weber Road Auto Service was amazing! The staff was extremely nice and the issues with my car were fixed for what I thought was a very fair price! There have been so many times in the past that I've dropped my car off at a mechanic and I felt like I paid for a service that didn't even fix my problem. However, my experience here was wonderful! At first they could not tell what the issue was but they test drove my car numerous times to try to replicate the issues I was experiencing! They figured out the issue and after fixing it I have nothing but good things to say. My car runs great now and it has been about two weeks since I've picked it up. I am in Columbus for school and was unsure where to drop my car off and I wanted to find a reputable place. I would highly recommend Weber Auto Service to anyone looking for a great and reliable business!
The guys worked me in on a Saturday morning with a full inspection for a car I was looking to purchase. Great service at the front desk. Great service explaining what they found during the inspection. Eric gave me some good advice on what he would do if it was “his car”. Exactly what I was looking for and then some. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my cars back for them to work on.
