Very very slow. If you have anything to do within a hour I highly recommend going somewhere else. Took them 45mins to get me a ice creme and 2 tacos. Food wasn't bad but no one had any sense of urgency.

My favorite ice cream, however, this place has gotten so expensive and yet so incredibly stingy. The amount of toppings they put in a concrete is ridiculous for what they charge… also you have to ask for napkins every single time or you won’t get any.
This place is ice cream heaven. They have such delicious flavor options and the staff are very sweet. I've never had a bad ice cream experience here. I highly recommend the praline extreme.
Had to wait almost 25min to get a chicken Philly and onion rings... nice girl had to come out to ask me if I ordered a Italian beef? How do you mess up a order when your the only one in drive thur line at the time of ordering? If this is your version of a Chicken Philly better take it off the menu horrible! Pretty sure I got the some chicken thrown on a messed up order. Will still have a ice cream for this place that was my last food order.
First time going. Got a chocolate covered strawberry concrete. Very pricey and I don't think you can call it a concrete when you only get two small strawberries in a 24 once cup very disappointed.
definitely will not be going here again. i ordered a strawberry cream cake and i pulled up to pay & i watched someone with 2-3 inch long nails make my food without gloves on. she cut the bread & banana putting it into the container & when she opened the window for me to pay i asked about her wearing gloves and she tried to lie to me telling me she’s not touching my food so she doesn’t have to wear gloves. when i told her i watched her touch my food without gloves she got an attitude & offered to make me a new one & went to where i couldn’t see them making it. i should of asked for a refund because i don’t trust it. that’s disgusting. she should be trained on how cross contamination and food poisoning happens.
Don’t recommend the brownie devil sundae unless you want to break a tooth… brownies were hard as a rock. Girl was nice who took our order. Quality of ice cream isn’t worth the price or the long wait in the drive thru (they weren’t even busy). Also don’t recommend taking a car that sits lower to the ground otherwise you will need to turn around after going through the drive thru in order to avoid a huge curb to go over which will most likely tear the bottom of your car up.
