We loved the Sicilian pie. They stopped offering it recently and have swapped it out for a new Detroit style. We got about half the pizza for the same $30 price after taxes and fees. I actually went back to make sure they gave us a large as ordered because the box was so small at only 14” x 10”. The pizza itself looked like two personal pan pizzas tucked in a box together, and the texture of the crust wasn’t as good. We won’t be going back.
I couldn’t wait to rate this after I ate here for the first time! It’s difficult to find pizza places around my area that sell by the slice and that are great quality. This place has everything!! Great quality, service, ambience! The pizza tastes amazing!! Loved my margarita one! Would recommend!
Disappointing Experience at We The Pizza in Arlington (TRASH)
I recently visited We The Pizza in Arlington at 4201 Wilson Blvd and was disappointed, especially compared to their excellent DC location. The pizzas were overcooked, with dark, hard cheese that resembled a low-quality microwave pizza. I spent $21 on three slices and a drink, but the food was dry and unappetizing. I ended up eating just the crust, which was the only edible part. This stark drop in quality from one location to another was surprising and disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning. Consistency is crucial, and this branch missed the mark.
The pizza is awesome, and you can buy it by the slice. The staff was phenomenal. Stopped in on our way back to the Hilton after a football game at Fed Ex field, and we were not disappointed!
The pizza and wings here are great and the atmosphere is nice. There's indoor and outdoor seating. You can choose by the slice what pizza you want and then it gets heated up on a conveyor which doesn't take long and it tastes fresh!
I was genuinely impressed by their Delicious Veg Sicilian pizza. I had low expectations given that it didn’t have cheese. But the oily crust and the hearty vegetables piled on top made for a rich experience. It was still a little cold in the middle so you may want to ask them to keep it in the over a little longer to heat up all those veggies. The woman who served me was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Props for having pizza by the slice that’s vegan. I’d love to see them grow into some of the delicious plant based cheeses out there. But if I’m ever in the need of a quick bite I won’t hesitate to drop in WTP.
As a tour director, I go here frequently with large student groups. The manager Nour and an employee named Mango are the absolute best. They are always kind, friendly, efficient, professional, punctual, and just provide stellar service. Plus the pizza and the cookies are very good!
Fantastico… not only is the pizza by the slice amazing- you can customize your own with TONS of great toppings on 3 different styles. I love the Sicilian style - both vegetarian and meat lovers.
To top it off, these guys donate all their leftover slices to the local homeless shelter instead of just trashing it. Bravo!
