Watch out folks / don’t trust what your being told from this branch in Harlow - despite following a schedule of servicing as per the requirements VW full service history (which wasn’t available at the time of quotation) - when taking your vehicle back to we buy any car - they will try and short change you . In our case this was an extremely good condition Vw caddy van with low mileage - we were quoted one price and then told a lower price by £350 hoping that we would just accept the bull we were being told that it had missed a service . Another thing to be mindful of is the fact that they won’t give you a confirmed price by email / letter or anything when you go in the first time.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Darren that works for them is a complete time waster. They did not offer me the money the website said that they would offer for my car, but used that as a starting point for deductions. They deducted £200 for 'scratches' and offered me half the scap value for my car. They said I only had a partial service history but didn't even look at the service manual and I have meticulously retained every piece of paperwork for the 16 years I had the car. It is quite clear that they are not interested in being honest and only preying on people who are desperate for money. I promptly left the office with my car keys and documentation and have now auctioned my car on Ebay. 1 day into my auction and I have already had a bid that is 5x what these idiots offered me. I would suggest these guys try being a little more ethical. I feel sorry for anyone who even attempts to use these sharks in the future.
Communication prior to the appointment was clear and regular. But what impressed me the most was the member of webuyanycar staff that completed my appointment: he was quick, clear and answered all of my questions. I paid for faster payment and it was in my account within half an hour! So impressed.

It's a really good and quick process. The negative is that you always know you won't get the online quote price. They knocked almost 50% off what was quoted. The car wasn't without the odd scratch to be fair to them but still think they took too much off the initial quote. Having said that I would still recommend you give them a call as your experience may be different.
Quick and straight forward transaction. The original price will likely go down, especially if you don't have full history of car service. I still go better price than the local car dealer.
