Let me start by saying the people at Wayne's Auto are top notch.
But I went in with a simple spark plug issue but they saw I needed tires and so they recommended i'd get those done first just out of care and respect for their customer. (The tires and spark plugs were about the same in price so there was no cash grab much like a lot of other mechanic shops like to do.) So that shows that they value their customers as people not just income. And when I mentioned that I would need my car done by a certain time they made sure to get it done in a VERY timely manner which I grately appreciate and so for that I recommend anyone and everyone to go to Wayne's Auto

I would look at any other shop before coming here. Took my car to get inspected and was told I needed two front tires which I knew already and then they told me that I needed new brake pads and rotors. I’m not sure how they came to the conclusion that I needed new rotors and pads when the mechanic which I’m not even sure if he’s certified to perform inspections never pulled any of my wheels and never used any tools to check my brakes. I witnessed the entire inspection being completed through the glass window in their lobby. When I brought it up to the guy who gave me the bill he said they don’t have to pull the wheels off that’s there is a tool they can use to check it. But again he never used any tools on the brakes. I paid them their $90 bucks and I’m going elsewhere. State website also shows them being suspended from being able to conduct inspections until 02/23/2023.
I had 2 different people do not know one another recommend them to me when my power steering went out. They got me in right away and fixed it up. I thought their customer service was genuine and to the point and I don't need a lot of chit chat. They did the job right and didn't overcharge me.
Place seems like it's a bunch of techs not certified mech....any way, got some work done ask to look at one thing they found more stuff to be done. I ok the work to be done, they didn't even do the extra work but definitely charged me high this new management is the worst. But that's why it probably wasn't busy, b/c every where else I went was busy but not these guys. Also charged me $85 bucks to get brake shoes changed.
I thought if you have to change Break shoes you have to change rotors. My experience smh....
Honestly! I never care to write reviews but Wayne’s Auto got me out of my comfort zone. These are top notch workers the customer service through the phone and in person is phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone. I called in a favor and told Wayne that I was flying in from Florida to pick my car up and needed to drive it back down. I had countless things to fix on my vehicle before making the trip from Pennsylvania to Florida and I needed them done by the next day so I can make it back to campus on time. I honestly didn’t think it would be possible to fix everything I needed fixed in less then 24 hours but little did i know he calls me less then 24 hours later and tells me my car is ready. When I went to pick it up they honestly took their time to explain everything they did and why they did it so you don’t feel played or cheated out of something. The best part about it is they have warranty for everything they do. If something goes wrong just bring it back. They have great sense of humor and always want to make sure the customers don’t pay too much money! There is so much more i can say but honestly I would just say you to check them out your self and you won’t be disappointed!
I hit my car on a curb. The owner checked it out personally, even though I made no appointment. We found no damage (he let me look as he did it). He told me I will need an alignment at some point though. He did not charge me for labor even though he used one of the lifts. The owner is extremely nice and professional. I strongly recommend.
They have always been ready to help and offer references when you need it. Very fast turnaround and high quality service for very reasonable prices. We have called for work and assistance on 3 of our family’s cars and they have been able to resolve every issue every time. We never leave reviews for anything, but their services are truly worth 5 stars.
WOW! Dont judge by the outside. It is what they do inside the building that matters! Wonderful customer service, friendly staff. Nothing fancy or frilly and how they do great repairs at great prices . Major brake job and I did a stop in without preview at 0730. Job with parts needed and I was in and out in less than 2 hours at far less than anyone else quoted...and they all did the "can't even look at it for 5 days" routine. Wayne's had a line too but understood my problem of being a one car family. This is my new mechanic! Not going to anyone else!
