My food was awesome, I got a double burger with pickle, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onion and bacon. I also got fried Pickles, funnel cake with chocolate sauce and a Key Lime Pie Shake
Food was meh; very underwhelming. Fast food quality for much higher price. The people that worked there were very nice and hard working. Save your hard earned money. You can get the same quality at a fast food place.
The burgers are fine not great or bad just fine. There business tactics are that of what in the tech market we call black market tricks. There is nothing that indicates when you order food that each item is more money and when the staff asks you it's done in a way that's dishonest and purposely deceitful. I won't be going back as no one should support a business trying to trick ppl into paying more. I have never been to a place we're you order what looks and sounds like a meal and it's not again when u order here ur just ordering a burger anything they say like would u like fries or onion rings means your going to pay more even fast food places say would u like to add for x amont more it's wrong. And should be illegal.
Public restroom are blocked off, but they allow people to eat inside. I couldn't wash my hands before touching foods that i eat with my hands????? Glad i brought my own hand sanitizer. I get that its a small place to start, but their is no space between anyone, there are tables right next to where you order. When walking in i noticed that they have put up signs that state this table has been sanitized. I place an order sat at a table, and watched others come in eat or sit wait for their food and go, not 1 employee wiped down a table and their was 6 that i could see. I was inside order and ate and had to be there for at least 30 minutes
I order a shake i highly recommend the shakes. I got strawberry and it was fantastic. The shake was probably the best part of my whole experience although my burger was tasty they did miss some of my toppings. The fries where good felt as if they need more cheese and bacon. The young man that took my order also delivered it to me he was really nice. 2nd milkshake was ordered after. Prices are a little high. I may have given higher stars if cleaner and restroom was available.
Overall solid food and experience, it seems like upper management is letting mobile orders absolutely dominate the kitchen staff.
Pay them more, they deserve it.
Burger was good and exactly what i asked for.
I went for the 1st time tonight. The cashier, Ruth ( I asked her name because she was great)
She helped me navigate through the menu, & was so pleasant. I will definitely be back.

Everything is good. Always hot and fresh. Fresh-made burgers for the same price as McDonald's only way (back) better!!! Great service as well Always friendly and professional.
Yeah they made me pissed... I've been here many times. Got treated like I was homeless... I legit walked to the back and the door was locked to the bathroom. So I went to the front to ask for the key. They claimed door was occupied. Lies. No one was in the bathroom. They kept the door locked cuase they knew it would make me upset since I haven't bought any food today. The uncompassionate lady with glasses mid 40s Hispanic came up to me said "are you a customer" I said "No" "she said sorry can't let non customers use the restroom". Ok so you just denied someone who is someone you don't wanna disrespect. Ok. Thank you for trying to extort money and treat me like a homeless guy. I don't lie this is truth. I don't care how hard she works. You are uncompassionate to other people. You don't even know who I am.
