I work next door to the upland location so I'm a regular there and order there frequently on this particular occasion I ordered a Ceasar salad with crispy chicken and after a few bites noticed what appeared to be a baby roach on one of the lettuce leaves. I immediately brought it back and told the staff and showed them the salad and due to a language barrier nothing came of it. No refund, no exchange, no credit. Probably won't be ordering there again. Good people but the lack of ability to communicate and the obvious sanitary issues are alarming.
Food was ok. We ordered burger with tator tot, a grilled cheese and onion ring. There was really nothing special about it. Fir the price i was expecting a little more flavor. Service was friendly, however the tables were sticky, and they just opened.
Food was Fresh & Customer service was okay, The Food was not as good as I hoped for chicken was burnt,Fries were Soggy, burger was gross, Funnel fries tasted like they were cooked with the onion rings. And There was a horrible strong gas smell.
Food is more reasonably priced compared to other burger-based competitors, with much more variety. Food takes a bit longer to get out, but it's fresh and tastes great.
I usually go to the Royersford location, so this was my first time here. People were friendly and quick, but wen I got home I received the wrong burger and no ranch for my fried pickles. So I would maybe just check ur bags before you leave. I am not trying to be malicious, just a little heads up.
The 1 star rating has nothing to do with their food. This place closes at 8, even though the Google listing says 9. If you call them they use an automated ordering system which sucks, and when you ask for a representative you don't even talk to anyone at the actual location.
Food was great. Worker was quiet. Expensive as well and small portions. 2 burgers a fry and a milkshake was $40 without tip. Honestly not worth it for the price and portions.
Love this place, food is amazing and love how you can customize you food and it is made in front of you. Normally a little busy around dinner time but worth the wait. Definitely a go to for me.
