Kiersten was such an amazing piercer! Absolutely 10 out of 10 service. The consultation was beautiful, and she communicated and answered all my questions perfectly. I definitely will be coming back and I was very satisfied with my service today! (She pierced my helix)

Had my nose piercing done here ... the woman who did mine (Kristen or Kirsten?) was fantastic. When I came back 3 months later to check and see if we were ready to put in a hoop, the older gentleman changed it out and it was painless. I waited til almost 40y/o to do a piercing I've wanted since my teens and this place made it great. Didn't feel weird, odd, or anything. I felt comfortable in a safe and clean environment. Went back and bought a new hoop also! Very nice people!
Customer service lacks quality service the plus size lady with the bad split ends showcase a lot of signs as a upset obesity women who hates her job and unfortunately unsatisfied with life that she is rude to her Black customers by telling us she can’t complete a basic print job because she don feel her machine will be working as if she doesn’t know how to do her job it was a excuse because she didn’t wanna service a black person Run & from this store like she should run away from her poor diet
I always come here when I need to have something customized. The end result is always great, and I highly recommend this place. I also come here to get my body jewlery which is perfect since I don't know anywhere else to get it from.
I had a rook piercing done, staff were extremely friendly and the process was quick and easy! It’s a bit more expensive than some alternatives, but you’re paying for quality work and piercers who really care about what they’re doing. I will definitely return for more piercings in the future.
I came here for a nose piercing since they're professionals and know just what they're doing. I knew coming in there was going to be a price, that wasn't an issue. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly; piercer was thorough in going over aftercare and offering suggestions and precautions. I truly appreciate that and thank her for really specifically explaining what to do and what not to do. I would recommend this place ta friend. Great job.
The you lady that waited on me last Sunday was a treat to work with but that was the last time I plan on visiting that location. Don't know her name but she opened up the store.
