Making an appointment online is easy and the owner, Jessica is very responsive and friendly. She requested to move my appointment up by a couple hours and reached out well in advance (via text) to confirm the change was okay. The morning of my appointment, she texted directions to the studio which were very helpful. She was there to greet me and confirmed the service and my preferences before she started. I had a great experience and felt comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely be going back. P.S. Jessica also gave me a cute pin as a thank you for my first appointment, AND she reached out a few days later to see how I was doing post-service. These thoughtful details are much appreciated.
First time customer! I can say I will most definitely be coming back. The area is so cutesy and I adore the overall vibe of the place. Lisa did my Brazilian and was amazing. She made me feel comfortable was super sweet, and efficient! I will absolutely be coming back :)
Giving two stars to be nice but won’t be rebooking again. I hate leaving bad reviews especially on small businesses but I feel like if you’re going to charge people those kind of price then you need to deliver the experience along with it. I’m pretty sure the girl that waxed me had never waxed anyone before. I should start off by saying I got an underarm and half arm wax. This girl waxed my underarms four times and somehow still didn’t get all the hair out IMPRESSIVE!. Also, you’re not suppose to wax the same spot more than 3 times. She left my arms patchy I had to go home and finish the job myself. She had strings of wax covering the table where the wax machine was on. There was literally wax all over the place. Oh and their doors downstairs on the way lock so someone has to walk you out or let you out. The girl fail to tell me that so I had to call and ask for someone to come let me out. Very interesting experience. I think there’s room for some retraining on customer interaction and the delivery of the services.
I receive my waxes from Jessica, the owner! She’s absolutely amazing and delightful as ever. The atmosphere is incredible. The facility is clean. Her products are top tier.
I can’t forget how gentle and light handed she is. She makes receiving a sugar wax a breeze. Please don’t hesitate with booking with her.
I got underarms, bikini and legs waxed here and it was phenomenal! I’ve never been waxed before and was a little nervous. Jessica was super nice and explained everything. I talked literally the whole time and the pain was extremely minimal. Would HIGHLY recommend!
Jessica is amazing. She makes you feel super comfortable throughout the entire experience and answers any questions you may have. Whether it’s your first or millionth time getting waxed, I can’t recommend her services enough.

Waxed is the absolute best in STL!!! Jessica is the kindest person and is very good at what she does! I was super nervous going in for my first ever wax and she made the process so much less scary and awkward than what I was expecting! I’ve been back many times now and can’t recommend her enough! Plus her studio is super cute!
