This place is ALWAYS out of something. stuff to make the drinks. Never fails there is always something wrong with the ice machines. One will be down then the other one gets overused to the point where it won't put out any ice. One of their ice machines has been down for like two weeks now. I swear it's always something.

Better hope you don't order a drink and expect it to be made quickly. Girl making it is intentionally slow, and when an employee was getting off work, she deliberately made her drink before all the ones that had already been ordered and paid for.

Ordered a turkey sub from here today and it didn't have the turkey on it. I had called and asked to have it fixed. Maddy the manager was rude as nasty and refused to make us food ever again. Now she was rude and nasty because I had said everytime we order food from here it's always messed up. She started calling my fiance names and made her cry. Will never get my service again and will be speaking to the dm

Somehow managed to find the one Wawa in the country that seems to always have staff, but the service is HORRENDOUS ???? The outside is always dirty as well. Trips like these always remind me why I take the 5min detour from work to go the the Wawa in Oxford. Do better.

When I asked for extra pickles, they came through and gave me EXTRA pickles. Brian especially. He exceed my expectations of what I asked for and that is outstanding customer service right there. Tee was a hilarious guy. Definitely will put a smile on your face. Thomas made my drink fast, efficiently, effectively, and was satisfying. These boys need recognition for their good customer service and hard work.

I just stopped by this wawa In belleview on my way to work for a vanilla iced latte. I paid $5.77 in the app, and selected curbside. I waited for 10min, nobody came out. I went inside and asked the young man making the drinks. he said he never got my order and to go talk to the cashier. I go ask the cashier he tells me go talk to Tina. Tina tells me they have my drink. I go to take a sip of it, there's absolutely no vanilla. I asked the young man could he please add vanilla, he says he didn't realize it was suppose to have vanilla and put a small amount in. honestly I get the drink and it still doesn't taste much like vanilla so the lady Tina goes and comes back and gives me a small shot of vanilla and tells me, thats it. nothing else she can do or I'll have to pay again. horrible service. I'll stick to the wawa in oxford who is always kind, fast, and efficient.

This Wawa just keeps getting worse!! Almost everytime I go, you can't order a drink, especially not cold brew or ice lattes. After today's visit I'm done. I've been a loyal customer of Wawa since it opened, I always get my gas there but the staff at this location are beyond rude. Stefan gave me a hard time stating I needed to reorder and pay for the drink that he already rung up. He argued when I said I saw it on the screen and when I asked for a copy of the receipt he rolled his eyes, grabbed the receipt and refused to respond when I stated it shows my card was just charged. He again told me I was wrong and to reorder it. As you can see it was paid for and the staff at the drink station confirmed it was paid for.

My husband talked me into stopping and giving them another shot, just to get the same jacka** at the register who said our slip was paid for and rang up a bag full of goodies for our little, only to go to the drink station and be told it wasn't paid for. Get some decent employees!!

Love WAWA!! They have so much to offer besides gas. The food is on point. The workers are always friendly and helpful. There is so much to choose from. Plus, they just recently added pizza and Burgers after 4 pm. I love using their app for ordering ahead. Their app us great. You can rack up points. Plus, it can activate the gas pump in your car. They never disappoint.
