This was an enlightening experience. I went in on my way to the skyway to go fishing. I ordered a couple coffee drinks for my s.o. and myself. One of the drinks I ordered wasn't what I thought it was and really didn't like it. So I went back in and with no hesitation, they offered to make me something else, no charge. All the staff seemed to be happy and enjoying their job. Thank you for making my morning!

Got here at 6:25 am. No breakfast sandwiches in the warmer. So bought a chocolate chip cookie to go with my coffee. When I expressed my concerns about no breakfast sandwiches your greasy cashier could care less about discussing it. This place has gone downhill and the only reason there is 1 star is because I had to press a star on my phone to write a review.

I live in the neighborhood but overall great customer service, but one person that stands out his name is Jay. Jay is awesome he’s fast, knowledgeable, and adapt in all areas, I see Jay moving in high places he’s so accommodating he always makes sure

That he’s doing his job properly and making sure customers are satisfied. Kudos to Jay.

Wawas is amazing every time I come here the employees are amazing and treat you so well best customer service overall in my opinion and I always get gas from here because they have a app that makes it 10x easier to get gas I even come to Wawa’s sometimes for lunch and the food they make is amazing 10000/10 best place ever I will definitely always keep coming back and will never stop !!! Thanks for everything you do Wawas ????????

These criminals stole my company's money... Not only did these toxic people refuse to give me the gas I paid for, they refused to give me my money back... They called the cops when I yelled for the manager... Good thing I spoke loud enough for the people in line to hear so their lies were debunked... Definitely suing...

This place is constantly out of items when they shouldn't be for example the brownie that has three displays is constantly out. Every otherwise and Pinellas county has brownies I've come to this store for 2 weeks in a row and can't get a brownie. They tell me it's because they come every night at 8, so then I show up at night and then they tell me it's because they're late. Every time I try to get one according to their time there's always an issue or an excuse. The real reason is somebody's not doing inventory and or ordering! It's not just the brownies it's multiple items in this store!

I come to this wawa all the time and the last couple of times they've messed up the sandwich order. The first I was pumping gas, walked back in and it was fixed. This time I order and italian sub with turkey added, all I got was turkey. I called. They wanted to go all the back in. Forget that. Have a better system to fixing mistakes.

My only experience at this location was beyond unacceptable. Half awake, I casually walked into Wawas to grab 2 breakfast sandwiches. The hostility shown by Leslie and her fellow employees was incredible and intentional. As I was only there for minutes, it blew my mind to actually witness complete strangers going out of their way to be rude to a customer. I will happily drive miles in the opposite direction to go to another Wawa.
