ATTENTION Wawa Corporate, all of management from this store needs to be fired, specifically the Store Manager. Wawa Corp. should also fire the Regional and District managers for allowing this store to go to waste. They are not paying attention to what takes place in the store. For example, they removed several good employees that always ensured that the coffee and creamer areas were full and clean. Nothing worse than stopping for a quick coffee and learning that the coffee (different flavors) are not ready and the creamers bar is not re-filled. Wawa Corp. needs to send undercover clients so that they can see the problems for themselves. Wawa needs to pay attention or otherwise they will get bad reputation and end up like the 7-elevens.
I recently placed an order for a turkey sandwich to pick up, but unfortunately, while enjoying my meal, I noticed a hair in it. This experience left me feeling quite disappointed and concerned. In order to prevent such incidents in the future, I kindly request that the staff wear hairnets, as the presence of foreign objects in food can be quite off-putting and unappetizing. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
My sister and I always get chais from here when we are inside the amazing employees who prepare our drinks totally spoil us always make our drink yummy and tell are very kind and professional. I don’t know what happened on Sunday April 21st but we did curbside and after like 18 min we got our drink after we drive off , my sisters espresso with chai was basically all black tasted disgusting. My chai was very watery like barely no chai the drinks were warm not hot. She was tired and hungry , it was a real let down. To whoever made these drinks please don’t rush if it was busy , get them done right we don’t mind waiting for great quality chai’s and good service, it’s totally worth it your not a robot so work at your pace we know it gets busy. If that wasn’t the case then please consider not being the drink maker. Either way I’m not here to put anyone down let’s us all just do our jobs properly. ????????????????????
Y’all need to tell those damn bums hanging outside to get off the property. They always ask for money and I and everyone else feels extremely uncomfortable walking back to the car. Places like Jimmy John’s and other great food places would ask them to leave. You’d think a nice gas station like WAWA wouldn’t put up with it
I love Wawa, the food is excellent, whether it is made to order or something cold. The service is on point and friendly. The air for your tires is free. The coffee is good too. This is not gas station food people.
Takes 25 minutes for them to make a sandwich just to get it wrong and tell me I ordered the wrong thing, this has happened multiple times. Rude workers who can’t read tickets and simply do not care

Unfortunately, if there was a record of credit or debit cards or maybe they have, I only had coffee and breakfast in Wawa but today no coffee or breakfast and no gasoline because he simply told me there is no coffee and I asked how long and he answered again no there is none coffee today 09/05/22 12:21 pm ok
