Wow this is a really busy gas station! Is in a strategic place so is in the middle of everything, but service is fast, same quality like another wawa station and place was clean, coffe excellent!
I’m a regular customer I’m there EVERY MORNING this may sound so petty but this women name Gloria she was at the register @7:06 on 5/28 I always order the same thing everyday never miss a beat I HANDED her my ticket to pay SHE TOOK IT OUT MY HAND IN after she scanned it she PLACED IT ON THE COUNTER which I FOUND THAT EXTREMELY RUDE …so I left it on the counter and took a picture of my ticket # … ms.gloria u should’ve handed it right back EXACTLY HOW U TOOK IT FROM ME I encountered her 2 times out of the 3 months I been coming there in BOTH TIMES WAS UNPLEASANT never say thank you just a unfriendly vibe ; …… other than that everybody else there including the guy who makes the drinks and the lady who always makes my burrito and the bowls etc are amazing. Their customer service has always been 11/10 …shout-out to you both
I recently visited the Wawa gas station on University Parkway and was disappointed with the service. I ordered food through the app, but when I received it, the packaging was not even attempted to be wrapped. As a result, everything slid into my lap when I opened it. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, their response was far from satisfactory. They simply said, ‘Yeah, they are hard to wrap, so I just don’t fool with it.’ This lack of care and attention to customer concerns was disappointing. I hope Wawa can improve its service quality and responsiveness to customer feedback.”
I would give zero stars because, well, look at the pictures. 1 biscuit missing half its top and the other biscuit cut so thin and wonky you couldn’t keep the bacon on it. Giant (tablespoon) globs of butter (asked for light butter). Have some standards.
2 stars because the manager/lead refunded my money and was genuinely disappointed at my breakfast , as well. In other words, though the kitchen staff didn’t care about quality, she did.
As with every Wawa, Amazing food and it made it more Amazing because we were just coming back from Tampa from the Disney on Ice show at Amalie Arena, Great service and wait time was not long at all even with a lot of people, Recommend Sarasota Wawa!
Trina is an awesome cashier. Great customer service, friendly and helpful always. Best of all shes not a mindless robot like most people these days.
I went to Wawa today at 10:45 AM on May 2, 2024 to get food and drink when I got to the register to pay the associates told me they’re not accepting anything but cash. They don’t accept credit cards or debit cards anymore. New rules.
I watched this place being built and was pleased when it was. I like their coffee; I always use one of their refillable 20oz cups. They ran out, they replaced it immediately. I like that you can customise a sandwich in there. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I wish there was more vegetarian food. Recommended.
