I go to tons of Wawa locations in the area and this one is the worst. If something happens once I don’t make a fuss and I give people the benefit of the doubt. But twice I have ordered a “made to order” latte and I’ve waited for 15 minutes for my order to come out(sometimes it’s just and can take a while). But everyone gets their order and leaves and I’m left sitting there while the workers joke and laugh and I have no order made. So I get my refund and I leave. I don’t make a scene. I’m just never going back to this location. Tighten up management your the worst in the area.
Recently visited this Wawa and this is what I saw. You all should be ashamed. When I see a bathroom like this I think whole in the wall gas station not Wawa. There is dried feces all over the wall. There no way it had just gotten there before I arrived. Perhaps it’s a good thing the toilet paper was draped around the plumbing?!? I’m not sure it’s unsanitary for both.
When ordering a beef and cheese quesadilla , my significant other checked the food before he left and nothing was done about his concern. All the while he watched her make it CARELESSLY . He confronts the lady who prepared our food and she instantly got an attitude and was very rude. I'm writing this review because he did not address the situation to the manager. I'm currently pregnant and was very hungry so I did eat the food , but one out of the 4 slices had nothing in it. We get better serviced food during daytime hours .
Sun.4/24/22 …I’m in love with hazelnut flavor coffee. I stop in to the Wawa 5820 Edgewater Dr. Orlando,Fl.32810 around 8:10pm for a cup. I usually come in between 12 am-3am for coffee every day. I ask the girl behind the counter for hazelnut, she replied she have to get the manager. A lady from the sandwich counter comes over and say during the summer hours, they put out hazelnut ONLY in the mornings. I told her normally I’m told something similar to that, but at the same time the Manager or worker will make a fresh pot without hesitation or a problem. I think that’s false advertising on the different flavors they had if they don’t serve it, whenever the customer wants it. The regular or roasted coffee leaves a burnt taste in my mouth and that’s why I like a lil Flavor in my coffee. Oh yeah and by the way that manager name is ERICA(Caucasian lady)
I've ordered the same thing each visit. I kept going back because they it was consistently good. Now, t's only getting worse. They don't measure and give the same proportions each time. I can't even eat the sliced tomatoes from today's breakfast.
Rude cashier!! At 3pm today. I wanted gas and lotto. I was told to use the machine to buy my tickets. I was right there and she refused to just print.this upset me so I got gas money and left and went else to buy my gas and lotto. Will not be back
Love this place! I ordered the Tuna Shorti sandwich for the Hoagie and Shorti deal of the month. If you have not gone in, do so! My sandwich was so scrumptious I remembered taking a photo after eating half already haha. The wait was a little longer since they failed to call my number but that is my only complaint about this place. Next time in the mood for a good sub and better price. Go to Wawa!
I never have problems with Wawa employees doing special orders but today at this location Morgan decided she didn't want to complete my order because she discriminatorily asked my form of payment then turned and laughed with her colleagues at my response. She's a terrible representative for Wawa and should not be allowed to work with customers until she under goes further professional training.
