Worst wawa I've ever been to! Literally ordered my smoothie and noticed a LOUD conversation between employees. Went and payed walked back over as the LOUD conversation amongst employees laughing and joking as I waited for almost 5 minutes as they continued to joke around I noticed no one was making my drink. I walked up to the counter and asked the guy running thag station if he got my order. He replied oh ya I'm about to make that in a minute. Then continued the LOUD and obnoxious conversation and finally he started making it. If you like wawa drive right past this one and go to a different one.
The manager at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional today about 1215. I go into that Wawa a few times a week. I never have any issues I go in pay for my stuff and leave. But today the gas didn’t pump in my car. I went in to see if they could resolve it instead of Cara resolving it, she had nasty, rude comments and belittled me over nine dollars Instead of just putting the gas on a new pump. If this is how the manager acts with me, the customer, the reason that she has a job, I cant imagine how she treats her employees.
Never had an issue with anyone in this store, but there is a Breana, a costumer service clerk that has the worst attitude. I just left wawa after I ordered some food the total was $26. I gave her a $100 bill and the moment she saw the bill her response was I do not have change. There was not an apology or let me see what I can do to find some change. Nothing. No effort at all. She preferred that a customer with a child walk out of the store with empty hands than trying to get some change.
I don't do reviews ever unless it's just insane, i ordered a salad on doordash from wawa, ( i have proof of what toppings i picked so that means i completed the order and filled everything out ) and they want to write on my bag that the bowl isn't in there because it was an INCOMPLETE order. no tf it wasn't. If they didn't wanna make the salad then they can just work somewhere else. It's expensive nowadays to even eat healthy let alone have food DELIEVERED, so that costed me for something they messed up on. Never had an issue until now and maybe it's just certain shifts that have lazy people.

Clean store, friendly staff, quick service, great food, good prices. Best coffee in town and always stocked. Great at just about anytime or for any meal. My normal trips to here are between 12am and 5am, even between the non busy hours they still push quality food and always have a great attitude.
Once again, I find myself trying to understand why we pay a person $15 an hour for poor customer service and quality products. I ordered smoothies from this location and requested curbside because of something I could not leave alone in the car. My order was supposed to be ready at 3:20 p.m. By 3:25 p.m., I had not seen anyone exit the store. Keep in mind, I ordered at 3:14 p.m. When I went into the store, I saw my four smoothies sitting on the counter behind the wall. I asked the closest worker at the grill if I could just go ahead and get my smoothies because they were just sitting there. She immediately said "oh, did you order those curbside? I'm sorry, I couldn't leave because I was sweeping."
She then proceeded to tell another girl to get my smoothies, at which time, I told her that they were just sitting on the counter and I would grab them. My smoothies had whipped cream and were already melting because they were sitting out. No apology, no thank you, no offer to remake them other than she couldn't bring them out because she was sweeping.
Used to be my favorite out of the two near my work, but they have messed up so many orders lately it isn't even funny anymore. Looks like I'll have to switch. This time they put pork on a cheese sandwich. How does one mess that up so badly?? I went at the end of my lunch, so I actually didn't get to eat today because of this.
