So my experience at this Wawa was to get gas and water ???? . Then I thought my tires could probably use some air, so I looked towards the air and it's no one in line I'm like yay. But when I pulled up to the air I seen the air doesn't work ????. Doesn't look like they're trying to get it fixed either. There's no bag over it and buttons don't work. Ugh ????
The cleanliness of the bathroom is unacceptable. How can you even keep the other area half way decent but have this looking like trash. It seems the only they have done is stocked soap just barely and toilet paper. It’s disgusting. It doesn’t look like it was cleaned in months. I get it - some customers are hard to deal with when it comes to restrooms. But it should at least minimum be deep cleaned daily with all the foot traffic. Unacceptable! I wouldn’t dare buy no food from here when the restroom looks like that. It makes you wander where they wash their hands if so?
Service here is hit or miss. Ordered a small side of meatballs. They only put 2 meatballs. When clearly there was enough space for 4. Employees are lazy and don't care about doing their job properly.
We went to order some food and decided to get a pizza. When we got home, realized it was hard burned. I understand the difference between a crispy pizza and burned pizza. It was late and we were tired, so decided not to drive back. Never again.
Great price and good customer service. Gas Is cheaper than most station in a 10 miles radius. This was a great deal filling up my rental gas tank .
I gave 5 Stars for their friendly customer service. The staff helped and taught me to order on touch screen based on my diet restrictions.
Slow, slow, slow. And the manager, who was not even helping, rolled her eyes at me for no reason, even though I waited patiently. The rest of the staff was nice, however, and apologized for the wait.
The workers are rude and obnoxious, more on their phone and talking than doing their job. Long waiting time, and the order is always somehow screwed up. I Don't recommend this wawa.
