The employees are normally always friendly and helpful and patient the food is normally always pretty good however I do not recommend getting the sausage biscuit and gravy bowl with extra gravy cuz you won’t get the extra even though you pay for it it has happened multiple times and I have so little gravy this morning that my biscuit isn’t really even covered or enough to eat with the biscuit they gotta do better with that

My friend and I came in with our daughters and it was disgraceful to see an off duty employee behind the coffee counter with her hair down flipping it around with her 3 year old running around behind the counter. This is a major safety and health hazard. This employee should be fired or put on unpaid leave at the very least. This was disgusting and upsetting. That cold could've been hurt, she did hit her head while I was waiting for my food. Thankfully I wasn't getting coffee made or I would've made the blonde remake it to be sure I didn't have pink hair in my coffee.

This store is poorly managed. They allow panhandlers to gather and hang out at their store and harass their customers The store is always filthy inside and out with garbage from the panhandlers yet they do nothing about it

I go here for the best cigarette 2 pack deals with coupons added. Gas prices are average. I stop here special for the mocha mint iced coffee ☺️

My BIGGEST issue is Mary (pink hair & tattoos). I started having an issue when she would constantly complain about my exes special order on his coffee which was simply add ice and blend. Then she started purposely making him sick by adding milk when he has a dairy allergy. We complained to the m.o.d. she remade his coffee and noticed how drastically lighter in color the one Mary made compared to the one she made with no dairy. Then I posted on my personal social media about Mary flinging her hair around off duty behind the coffee counter and how her approximately 3 year old daughter was spinning around behind the coffee counter and almost got hit by the employee door in the area and how she hit her head on the counter. My friend then posted that here on Google. Today when I was leaving with my ex and my daughter she was at her car and either threw something at my car (& missed) or pretended like she threw something at it as I drove by. I was back again on my way home and she was standing at the employee door with it open smoking. As I drove by I noticed she was recording me with her cell phone so I waved and said hi for the camera and told her if she throws something at my car watch what happens because I would report her to the police and corporate if she does anything to my car. If I see she's making coffee I will get something else to drink. I spend $7 or more every visit and I'm in there at least 5 times a day every day. If the truth bothers her about how neglectful she was with her daughters safety and she can't handle adding ice and blending a coffee then that's on her. My ex could have pressed charges on her for purposely making him sick but he didn't. All we had to do was give the coffee she made to a lawyer who could've had it tested and proved there was milk in it. She's very unprofessional. I will be calling corporate about all this as well. There was an employee who witnessed her recording me as well as Wawa's own cameras on the southeast side of the building.

I would like to say I've never had any issues with this WA'. WA'. All employees work very hard and are very accommodating. I was at this Location on the day that this transpired. As I was just an overlooker, and this woman is a hard worker and is taking care of her child. The christian parent should be absolutely ashamed of herself to put such a horrible review and make this young lady out to be a horrible mother And employee. All children bump their heads. All children do silly things that's how they learn. I am proud of the young lady for actually working. Lots of mothers would rather go out and party. Good to know you have a hard working Employee. And I'm sure her baby was just excited. That Mommy was off for work or maybe Mommy was going to work. Either way, this is not something.

That should be put on here, so Christian parent Karen, please go to church, get in the Bible and stop being a judge. For you too shall be judged my friend.

When we ask if they will be making more decaf, they just say, no it's closed. This was on a weekend at noon. What kind of customer service is that? The staff at this store is so indifferent compared to the Ridge Rd store. Just not good representatives of Wawa brand.

My daughter ordered a peppermint Oreo hot cocoa and the girl put espresso in it. When she complained about it she told my daughter it comes with espresso. The computer doesn't say anything about espresso. How are you going to put espresso in hot chocolate and not let customers know ahead of time because kids and people with heart conditions shouldn't have espresso. My daughter had to get me to get a manager to remake it. Then we had to wait for her to make new pots of self serve coffee and we were running late due to the error already. Train your people correct and fix the computer to list ingredients like you have for the food. Also, it should be first come first serve. Since we were before those other people and our ordered was messed up we shouldn't been given priority to fix our order not wait for people who came way after us. This used to be the best location but lately they're going downhill.
