I frequent Wawa a lot and for whatever reason, the 5150 location NEVER had fresh coffee. It’s like all the staff are just there to have fun. Their main excuse is they are changing shifts. Why are the employees not mandated to leave there area with product for the next shift. The customers always suffer and the staff are sarcastic and rude about the short comings. This location needs white upper management. The black folks here think this is a hang out and it’s in fact their place of employment.
Don't go to this location. It's very ghetto. If you order on Uber eats from this location your food will be stale and cold. They do not give you fresh food. If you go there to get gas please be aware that there are crack heads hanging around on the property begging for money.
Worst wawa I ever been to in my life. Waited 15 minutes just to be told my order ain't in the system even though I have both receipts. Fat greasy turkey neck supervisor literally made me wait 15 more minutes just to catch an attitude and tell me to get a refund. Him and that crackhead making the sandwiches had a funky attitude when I was nothing but respectful. This experience makes not wanna go to Wawa ever again
This store is constantly BUSY and they keep up with the customers all the time short lines always well stocked and the food is always beyond expectations!

Nice employees, good service. The restrooms could use a deep clean. It’s pretty bad in the women’s restroom. Dirty sink, toilet, walls and floors. Doesn’t smell too great either. Like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while.
This place has potential if they tighten up on cleaning the outside and do more to keep transients from panhandling in the parking lot. I watched there so called security guard with a shirt untucked and unbuttoned way to low. Ignore a homeless man, walk in and steal a drink, and walk right out. He seemed to be intimidated to say anything.
The positive side is the food is good and warm. Cashier young man helpful due to lines getting long. Negative side restrooms especially woman’s not kept clean and papers on the floors and toilets dirty:(
I always judge a place's quality of food by the cleanliness of its restrooms. This one had ONE clean toilet, though the used tampon receptacle was nearly full. Gross. And the handicapped toilet was not only filthy but there was no working lock - it looked like someone had CUT or sawed it off! (See pic: I posted the broken one and a 'workin'g' one so you can see the difference.) This is the 2nd time I've been here. The first time, I was disappointed then, too. I would not eat at this particular Wawa.
I would tell all this to corporate through the app but their latest update is not recognizing my password and I'm too frustrated to want to do more.
