Just ordered from here . My order was over 30 dollars so why did I receive plastic bag of candy? This is outrageous. 3 pieces of candy and a bag of chips in place of $30 worth of food? I don’t understand why not just cancel the order if you can’t or don’t want to do it . Then the drivers should have some way to check items or do returns if it’s not correct. $30 and a prolonged period of wait time down the drain. If you’re trying to feed your kids or really hungry please don’t shop here they should be embarrassed it’s not even a restaurant how hard is it to assemble precooked food?
Atmosphere: it's always really crowded & busy. So I did something different & messed up. The 2p. Manager quickly respond assistance with old fashion customer service skills/ without any upset customers. ????
I thought it would’ve been a little more than this. This is not how the omelette is displayed on the screen. I understand being quick is the goal but come on now, an omelette is an omelette. You’d thought it’ll have them season the egg but she dang near double stacked salt on the frackin bacon, out of anything else..Good Lawd -__-
I think Wawas maintenance department is under staffed. The air pumps (there are two) have been down for over 2.5 months. I asked the manager if there was a number or email address to contact and he said no. During the conversation he had that beyond disinterested look in his eyes. They will probably still be down this time next month so heads up
Unfortunately I have a tire with a slow leak so I've been filling it up regularly. I know, I know, just patch it! In the meantime though, I've found that three other Wawas around Richmond have chronically out of service airpumps. Obviously no gas station has an obligation to provide free air but when you are known for that service, people do drive out of their way to fill up a tire...
Ordered two smoothies. Both were very good. I love love love that they cover their drinks with stickers so noone can tamper with them during delivery. Better safe than sorry these days. Also, excellent customer service on the phone.

I have went to several wawa locations in the east end of Henrico and Richmond management was not supportive at all especially the airport wawa. I came into the wawa on N laburnum at Creighton road and Derek the manager gave five diamond service you hear me. I was trying to blessed my entire staff with over 120 gas cards and he stopped closed a line and completed the entire transaction. One card at a time. I really do appreciate him and taking the time to provide a service to the customer. This will be my go to Wawa from now on. Please support this business.

The place was the worst Wawa I have been to. The coffee station was nasty. It was not stocked and the coffee I got had some kind of after taste of perfume. I had to throw it away.
