I really enjoy the new Wawa being close! I have always had friendly service with every trip. Sometimes a little hard waiting for gas, but never too long. Popular and convenient to fill up. Tried a few of the drink and sandwich options. Enjoyed both.
The store was amazing when they first opened. I loved that manager. The staff was positive and seemed to care about the customers. Now, they always screw up my good order. For the prices they charge I should be getting everything I requested on my order but the workers regularly leave stuff out.
Yesterday was an amazing experience for my toddler and I. This specific Wawa location was definitely a pleasant experience. I have to say their store was set up differently from all the other Wawa's. I love it here already. I got a chance to be here for the official grand opening and I must say so far they have a wonderful team. There store offered free coffee, shakes and frozen coffee are $3 this week, the donuts are fresh and look amazing, and the staff was very diverse and pleasant. This store is truly a blessing to have on university/Arlington right near the express way. They are upgrading the area and Wawa definitely give the area a touch of class. The managers were pleasant and everyone presented themselves neatly and well groomed. The attitudes of the reps were customer service ready. I give them 5 stars across the board, especially with how the store was set up and the self service coffee stations were just neat at all times. The trash cans were even nice. I will definitely be visiting this local Wawa every chance I get.
Dirty store, manager is rude called me ignorant to my face while being disrespectful. Store is always out of inventory and management is rude and disrespectful.
Update 11/06/23
Waiting on my order go up to pick it up show my ticket manager says I just made that order and I never received it and says she will not make it again. Obviously someone else took my order that I paid for that I never received. And says she won’t make it again. This lady is so rude!!!!!!
I’m not from Jacksonville, but stopped by this Wawa to get coffee, very nice staff. Thank you manager for your excellent customer service :-)
I have never been treated so rude by one of the staff on The late night shift after 10:00 p.m.Marwa what's the name on her name tag I said she was a supervisor all I asked for was less cheese on my pizza and for it to be cooked well done and I was treated like a piece of dirt I'll be taking my pizza back in the morning or there might be a normal manager to speak to me this is Wawa location really needs to get it together I started going to this location regularly about 4 months ago I'm also been harassed at the tire air station on more than. And it just keeps getting worse sorry to see it I like the smoothies but I guess I'll have to take a break
I give these five stars and my kudos to the supervisor Ms. Marwa!!! I was very upset about my pizza. It was burned!!! Have never had a problem with my ordered from this store!!!
She was very apologetic and sympathize with me regarding my disappointment...
I used my Google to locate the number for this store and happen to see the stars. WHAT!!! 2 and a 1/2 to 3 stars? I was shocked as I read the reviews. Feeling annoyed by the reviews... I was on hold waiting for someone to answer. Lady was very nice she went a got her manager within 2 minutes. The supervisor I spoke with was awesome and she also promised that she was gonna send a text to everybody in the group chat so they can be aware of what's going on. She knew exactly what I was talking about. She really made me feel so much better. I have restored my faith back into Wawa!!! I've never had a problem. This store be on point (EVERYTIME I've came in this store). Thank you for helping me you rock sweetie!!!

this store is brand new and it’s already gross/dirty as if it’s been around for years. never has anything good in stock, always have to wait until like 630am or later for sizzli sandwiches……any other store i go to will have them out and ready to pick up at 5:30am. maybe it’s just the area but this is my least favorite wawa but unfortunately is closest to where we live
