Quesadilla so burnt I had to pull most of the tortilla off. And the only put egg in the middle
I’m highly satisfied because the staff is always on point with my food orders. No one is ever rude and that is ver much appreciated. Wawa is doing it right when it comes to customer service. Keesha is amazing. Always smiling and friendly making the shopping experience a five star experience. She is valued & appreciated because of the attentiveness to detail making sure I leave there with what I need from food to snacks to gas.
Got off work at 3 am. All I wanted was a small latte. I was the only one in there & I waited 15 min for a small coffee. Not the service I expect after a hard night. Oh, they also didn’t put any whipped cream.
I bought a gallon of water in the morning, unfortunately the water had a horrible taste, I wanted to return it and because they did not have the invoice they refused to change it, it is unfortunate that a client is treated like this for water that is in poor condition, sad situation,And not only for not having the bill, but for being open, how do you know if the water is in poor condition without opening it?
Rude customer service mistakes on items, forgot items from items refused to remake the item had received, and refused to believe me that I even purchased it with proof that I did and told me that they were not going to remake it will not be coming back to this location ever again
Propane vending machine is broken again. I go through a tank a week and live in the neighborhood right behind Wawa and I’m through even checking if it’s working because I’m done wasting my time
The over night crew was great and caring. I was stuck there for a bit and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all just the opposite. Thanks for making a bad situation bearable.
My husband is disabled and he's been coming to this Wawa for a couple of years now. He's made it his business to tell me what a great experience he's had with a new employee there name Geneva. He says she's always kind and has a lot of patience with him. I have to say how thankful I am for her treatment towards my husband. Very few
young people now a days have patience and it's always a concern of mine when my husband runs errands without me. Again thank you Geneva for treating my husband with respect and kindness, we need more people like yourself!
