Charge me triple the price to come from Arsenal Street to Brookline $35 when Uber charged $10.60 at the same time of day never again would I take Watertown taxi and the car was falling apart

Bad service. Tried to support a small business. Dude was 30 minutes late then when he was supposed to show up. Despite the pick up spot being 5 minutes at most from his spot. Rude on the phone as well.

Watertown Taxi is absolutely phenomenal, and I would recommend this transportation to everyone in Boston and the surrounding areas. Moe (owner) picked me up from Boston Logan Airport and was promptly on time and easy to find. It was my first time going to Boston Logan Airport, so he provided me with clear directions on the phone where to go for pick up. He was waving and very friendly. I was picked up in a brand-new Mercedes SUV and it was super clean and spotless inside. His driving and presence made me feel very safe and secure.

It is important to mention the price of Watertown Taxi Service!! There are flat rates from Boston, MA to Watertown, MA which is unbeatable, compared to Uber. Ordering an uber would have been $88.00 plus tip for one way but with Watertown Taxi, there are cheap flat rates. Additionally, after making my online reservation through their website, I received a confirmation email from Moe and he tracked my flight number the day of to ensure the pickup time I entered on my reservation initially, matched my actual arrival time.

This Company offers transportation services to and from airports, but also provides local transportation to restaurants and any destination you are looking to go to.

After today they are worse than the worse cab service ever. This morning I called them to pick me up at my house and take me to an address about 10-15 minutes away about a half hour went by and I called to see where the driver was. The dispatch said they picked me up. I said I am still waiting. They said it would be another half hour. I was going to go do an urgent errand first to take care of an urgent thing before my tax appt. They were so late like well over an hour late so I didn’t have time. They didn’t come until about 12:15..I called 3-4 times before they actually came. They just dropped me off at my scheduled appt. You totally fowled up my morning and significantly inconvenienced me. I wasn’t going to pay. The driver was using all these scare tactics. Bottom line is don’t use them.

Watertown Taxi just failed this family for a SCHEDULED pickup from the airport after landing back in Boston from a vacation. We scheduled a ride earlier in the day for a pickup from Logan airport at 10 PM at night with the need for a child’s booster seat. The dispatcher told me to call back once we landed to let them know we arrived. I did and I spoke to Greg who said we were not scheduled and he had no notes about the need for a booster seat. We are traveling with two young children under the age of 7, with no other options, one of the parents has to take a more expensive ride home to pick up our own car and then has to drive back into the airport to pick up the rest of the family. Keeping the kids up and extra couple of hours after what was already a really long day. No one will be in bed before 1 am thanks to Watertown Taxi. Greg tried to help and was understanding but at the end of the day the company was completely unreliable and really screwed up our return home. The only reason I didn’t give them 1 star is the fact that we have used them in the past many times and found them great. Again Greg seemed to take understanding of the situation but couldn’t fix their mistake. However they need to be reliable EVERY TIME their services are called upon. They couldn’t have picked a worst time/day to be unreliable. There really is just no excuse. Shame on them.

I was stuck after Uber didn’t have any rides available at 4 am. I called hoping that someone would answer and luckily Watertown taxi was available at the time. If you need to get a taxi anytime, make a reservation! And expect amazing service. I’m so thankful for a clean, safe and friendly ride to the airport.

I love Watertown Taxi, and used it very early Sunday Morning for a trip to Logan for a flight. It is over 15 times in the last 5 years that I have used this service, and every time it has been a great experience. Moe drove us and we were very please again with his service. Thanks
