I've had the pleasure of doing business with these fine people for several years. Can't begin to say enough good things about John, Russ, Kay and all the fine mechanics they have. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for service. Thanks a bunch Waterloo!
Went to this place to get a state inspection. Upon arrival, the man doing the inspections came out and yelled at me as well as the car in front of me for “blocking traffic”. We were both in line. He told us to move over in a very aggressive manner. My car failed for not having a secure battery. The man taking my payment was rude and said I seemed annoyed. I was asking if I got it secured, would I have to wait in line again. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn’t get payed enough to deal with my attitude and that I should take my attitude somewhere else. I have never been treated like this especially being a paying customer who in no way was disrespectful. I will never use this place again, nor would I recommend anyone using this place of business.
Great service! Russ was able to get me in and repair was done quickly. Won't take my vehicle anywhere else.
Waited in line for state inspection only to be cut in line. The technicians excuse was because he thought the vehicle was empty. He could have at least of checked. Wasted my time. Outstanding service to an active duty service member.
Great place to take your vehicle..Honest, hard working people there..If you want a place to go where you will be helped this is the place.
