On very short notice and almost closed on a Saturday the guys here helped me fix a tire with a nail in it and all I can say is it was great service and a quality repair! Thanks Guys! Most shops would have said come back next week but they went above and beyond to help out. Bravo!

Had a fantastic experience with Jim at Waterford Automotive. Had my exhaust manifold replaced and they were very accommodating with my schedule and did a great job communicating with me. I ended up needing to go back to tighten a wheel well liner that was not their fault and they took care of me with no issue. Would definitely recommend them and they are now my local mechanic of choice.

Waterford automotive is great. First experience, they were able to get me in and fix my truck in the same day. They also were able to source the part needed at a lower price than I could find. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future automotive repairs.

Amazing service! Called them up this morning and they had me bring in my car right away. Had them fix my tires and I was good to go in under 30 minutes! I was definitely impressed and plan on using them for all my car troubles. Prices were a lot lower than I anticipated, and the quality of service was unbeatable.

The turn over for repairing my tire was outstanding! 45 minutes! The man that helped me out was so funny and a very hard worker! He stayed well past normal hours to help a girl out. Would always recommend this place to anyone! Make sure to ring the bell several times for service (he loves it!) ????

Jim is simply the best! He hires great mechanics as well. I have been bringing my cars to him for over 10 years and he has always been honest and fair. The first car I brought to him needed some exhaust work. It was an older car. We had been to two other places and they told us we needed to replace the entire system and quoted us prices of $600-$800. Jim said we didn't need a catalytic converter because this old car didn't need to pass emissions. He patched the hole in the exhaust system and sent us on our way for $70!!!! Jim and his mechanics are willing to work on OLD cars that are rusting out. I have found that shops don't like working on my old cars because you don't know what problems the rust will create when you start out, but these guys accept the challenge. Jim has saved me TONS of money and when you walk into the place, he ALWAYS treats you like you are the most important person in the room while he is talking to you. I recommend anyone go to Jim and his great group of hard working people at Waterford Auto!!
