Fantastic experience today, I phoned this morning for a puncture repair thanks to a nail in the centre of front near side tyre. Booked in on my lunch break, brilliant service! Tyre repaired, leak tested, put back on the car and torqued up in under 15mins. ????????????????????????
Sunday morning and I pick up a screw in one of my tyres. I checked out the reviews and they were not wrong. Very friendly and repaired tyre as soon as I arrived. Highly recommended and will certainly use again.
4 part worn tyres with loads of tread fitted in like 30 mins same day as enquiry!! Cheers 100% satisfied nice one!!

Horrible horrible experience.
Very rude staff.
They broke my locking wheel nut and walked off with it. Refused to do anything to fit it.
Both staff members were very intimidating.

Found a screw in front tyre. Called in and it was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price which, considering it was a Sunday was a real bonus. If required will definitely use again.

Update: After receiving an offensive comment from one of your employees directed towards me, I obviously decided not to purchase the tyres I wanted. Not satisfied, he told me never to come back to your store and made a few more offensive remarks that I cannot mention here. In conclusion, I suggest you improving your customer service, as there are other stores in town.
