the work done on my car is almost perfect at the time of collection, when I left the car they asked me to detach the dashcams, I detached them and showed whoever took charge of the car that they were off, after about a month that I collected the car car I realized that the front dashcam had been broken because they tried to detach it from its attachment, so I lost the guarantee of a camera recently fitted worth 130 pounds. after a month after picking up the car I couldn't go and say that it was them, it's not correct. After a few months I noticed that in the repair they did to the rims the paint was completely peeling off, I honestly don't recommend it, or it would be better to check the whole car at the time of collection.
Owner INSTRUCTS staff to park in the residential street nearby, outside peoples homes rather than parking at work. He has more than enough parking space for staff (look on Google maps) he just has no respect for nearby residents at all.
I just want to say that your reception staff we're so friendly and welcoming. Even in this current situation, they spoke to me and didn't make me feel one bit uncomfortable. Eveyone was fantastic, lots of warm smiles. My car has came back immaculate and I'm over the moon, I work in customer service and your team are just amazing ????
Although the repair took time due to parts coming into UK, they kept me informed of timescales and were really helpful.
Car is back to normal after major rear end smash - couldnt recommend them highly enough. Very professional work.
Very good, my car was hit in the rear bumper just before Christmas so it did take a while to get it fixed as the garage shut down over Christmas but once they re opened my car was ready the next day. Fully fixed, all nice and cleaned/hoovered. They kept me updated on the repairs even over the Christmas period.
Really pleased with the repairs to my car following a rear end collision. You would never believe there had been any damage. Great customer service, hire car provided and kept informed of progress. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you
My grandad in his BMW had a lass scrape his car when she was on her phone and these guys repaired the scraped area very well and we couldn't notice where the scrape was because it was blended/painted well. With my uncle we had to deal with them because my grandad couldn't because he was admitted into hospital around November.
Poor location. Terrible for parking. But that being said they provide a good service and a job well done. Very happy with the repair.
