I have never used and never will. I have just helped an elderly woman walk out her way to use the farthest handicap ramp at the Circle K on Veterans Parkway in Columbus, because Cab 57 felt he could create his own parking spot. (Photos incuded) I help the lady got what I needed while he joked around with the cashier for 5+ minutes still blocking the handicap ramp. This is ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and illegal. Nice going.
Horrible service and incredibly unprofessional. I just got hung up on by the dispatcher after waiting over an hour for a cab that was supposed to be 15-20mins. Don’t waste your time.

The guy who picks up the phone was horribly rude. He was seemed almost put out at the fact that I was calling and asking for a service. Very unprofessional and if I could give 0 stars I would.
