What would a first time drive across country be ..for a guy my age..without stopping in the Cowboy western towns of Cheyenne and Laramie...?
Couldn't pass it up.Wyoming is so vast and beautiful..I took every opportunity to stop and take it in...
This site isn't advertised while driving through. There's a semi truck parking lot with no rest area/facilities of any kind. Literally just a parking lot. We stopped to deflate our tires slightly and found this at the end of the lot. Very cool.
It’s just a large truck parking area has parking spots and yet drivers can’t seem to get in the spot so they created it for a park while spots are open
No facilities. Easy access and lots of parking. There is a dumpster on site so littering should NOT happen!
Good parking for OTR. No facilities.
I wish they’d put a dumpster there and drivers stop throwing their piss bottles and trash in the grass and parking lot, you’re just making it bad for rest of us, sooner or later they’ll just close it and that’s gone be about 75 parking spaces gone that we need.
Truck parking is ample here. I always like to consider when I'm going to leave what kind of maze will I encounter? Courtesy and common sense with your surroundings will let snore like a freight train all night at this spot.
