I see so many bad reviews but it seems they are for the urgent care part, however I have never had a bad experience with my Daughter's pediatric physician Dr. Walsh who she has been seeing for many years. The front desk people have never been rude. The check-in people have never been rude. We've never had to wait very long to be seen or in the room. The staff have all always been kind from nurses to lab staff. If we need lab we get sent straight away to the lab or xray area and get seen straight away. It seems most people like to write reviews to complain so I figured I'd write one to say that we have only had positive experiences there on the non urgent care side of this establishment. We treat people with kindness, compassion and patience, so that might have something to do with being treated kind in return.
This was the first time going to Warren Clinic. We had a good experience. My granddaughter was seen at the Urgent Care side. From the time we signed in at the receptionist desk to the time we left. I was impressed. We were there maybe a total of 30 minutes. Our medical assistant Cherie was just the nicest and very good with my granddaughter. The doctor was pretty typical of an Urgent care doc… In, out, to the point. Not a problem as he diagnosed and addressed the concern in question.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would.
I came in with orders from pcp to get some labs done.
The lab staff was very rude to 10 year old daughter and I cause we were coughing. We were asked to wear a mask, but there was none available and none on the check in desk.
I found some masks no where near the entrance of the building, as they instructed, but then the staff tried to call someone and said we were being disrespectful and cursing at them.
When all I said is we are sick and this is a medical facility, so please treat us. Then we had to wait for them to figure out if their lies was going to get us kicked out instead of just mouth/ nasal swabbing us. Then when they realized they had no grounds to not see us, they had several staff members barricade the room we were in. Meanwhile, the lab tech who was in the initial argument and also swabbing me, was insulting my intelligence, as we weren’t wearing masks, and they had none readily available.. I told her, we don’t need the harassment please just swab me. She told me to take mask off but then was mad I was breathing and coughing…
I have all of this on recording..
I’m absolutely shocked and will not go back and advise everyone to stay clear of this pace!!
We've been to this location several times. The front staff is friendly, the medical assistants are kind, and the doctors are good. We've never had cause for complaint.
When this place has 2 stars believe them! I went in cause I had an incident at work and they didn’t even know what to do with me and they ended up telling me they couldn’t help me… imagine a urgent care telling you they can’t help you. I’ve also been there a few years ago and had a horrible experience also I just think they need to freshen up on their policy’s and education cause it doesn’t seem like they know what they are doing. I ended up going to ascension St. John and they helped me right away and knew exactly what I needed.
Don't go here was just there a doctor said she didn't have time to look at all my symptoms then gave a prescription for pink eye when I have a ear infection. Malpractice much. If I could give negative stars I would
This place sucks . Came in because I have a bad sinus infection , they stated “ we no longer give out steroid shots “ was prescribed mucinex , (which I can get on my own) .. and was sent home . Now I owe 135$ …for nothing . Look else where
I’m giving 3 stars because I’ve been here a bunch of times and I’ve honestly always enjoyed my experience with everyone! However this time around was oddly different, I went in for a certain set of symptoms that didn’t include anything to do with acid reflux yet my doctor was strongly pushing that all my symptoms were caused by GERD. It’s really confusing to me why he pushed GERD to much when GERD is not supposed to make you have diarrhea stomach pain and vomiting when I eat certain foods. I had to practically beg to get my stool tested because it just makes more sense that my stomach issues are probably coming from stomach and not from acid reflux. However I’ll take the acid reflux medicine and hope it cures the rest of my symptoms and maybe one day I’ll be able to eat something that won’t cause me to vomit.
Update 2024:
This doctor is amazing and Im glad i continued with the medication.I went in for nothing related to any acid reflux but this man called it. One year later im diagnosed with GERD caused by celiac. The guys a genius and i think at the time i just didnt think my acid reflux was that big of a deal but turns out it was the biggest tell tale sign of so many other things and i wouldnt have discovered any of them if i didnt follow up with gastro like this doctor told me to do. THANK YOU
