I've been a regular at this pharmacy for over 5 years and honestly, they're fantastic. They really bend over backwards to help out. Like recently, when there was a national shortage of some meds I needed, they were super helpful. They showed me how to get it in different dosages, which was a lifesaver. Never had a single problem with them. Highly recommend!
First of all I would like to say Tony is a legend of the pharmacy industry and totally cares about whoever walks into this establishment. I had run out of insulin and the one that I was on, no one had it in the whole of London as I’m from Manchester. After trying about 40-50 pharmacy no one would even help or give me a substitute and 111 were of no help! 1 ring to Tony and he just told me to come in and he’ll sort me out. I couldn’t believe it and went straight down even tho it was a 45min drive. 10mins and Tony literally saved my life. He’s not just a pharmacist, he’s a community sympathiser and understands people not just prescription and the rule book unlike others! Big respect to Tony n the team!

Warman-Freed for over 15 years, and I can confidently say that Mr Nish has consistently provided exceptional service! Yesterday I had the pleasure of receiving my flu Jab from him, and his efficiency and expertise left me thoroughly impressed.
From the moment I walked into the pharmacy, Mr Nish greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. He took the time to explain the entire vaccination process to me, addressing any concerns or questions I had with patience and a deep understanding of the subject matter. His knowledge and professionalism were truly remarkable.
During the flu shot administration, Mr Nish demonstrated remarkable skill and precision. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, putting my fears at ease. The injection was virtually painless, and I genuinely appreciate how he made it a quick and seamless experience.

To about 11pm. Shop is always very clean. Staff are helpful and friendly.
It was my first time going into this pharmacy and i didnt know where i should stand so i asked the lady where do i give in my prescription and she rudely replies “just stand there and ill deal with you” so i did and then one of the items on my prescription was not available so she did explain that its been out of stock so she cant give me back the prescription so i said thats fine because my son is sick and i need his antibiotics. So i went away and my son started coughing and the lady was like oh god thats a bad cough in a rude manner i felt really uncomfortable as if she didnt want us there and he has some sort of disease. However i came back and got served by the pharmacist and when i came to collect she explained everything and that i would have to go back to the dr because they wont be ordering the second medication becasue its not in stock. so they wont bother which the other lady did not explain that i would have to go back to my doctor to ask for a new prescription and as this has happened to me before it makes sense that when its in stock i get a phone call to say that i should come collect but this lady came back and said she explained that to me already when the other pharmacist took over and was speaking to me. The lady also came rudely interrupted when i was speaking to the pharmacist saying if you want we will take back antibiotics and you can take the prescription back but i said no because i need it and my son is sick . Im not happy and i will never come back to this pharmacy rude i don’t recommend this pharmacy at all !
Terrific Tony helped me tremendously over the telephone with my toddler and used his years of experience to solve our little problem. He was kind attentive and generous, Thx so much.
Had booked an appointment for the flu jab and everything was smooth. Filled up a form, waited for couple of minutes before we were called in for the jab. Pharmacist explained everything. Overall great service

Bhavuk maybe, I came in the other evening and he was lovely to me. One may think that its the way it should be but its unusual in todays world.
