I wouldn’t normally leave a review unless I’ve had a bad experience and don’t want others to suffer the same fate however, I’ve had a few dealings with Wardell Auto Parts now and I’ve had the best customer service I’ve ever received. These guys deliver, literally, had an issue as the part I needed wasn’t in, they went the extra mile, again literally, and rather than me call back they dropped it off for me.
Of the other parts outlets in the town these guys seem the under dog but they are by far teaching the bigger company’s how it’s done.
Nothing more to say, great prices and outstanding service. Highly recommend.
There's a gentleman here who twice now has helped me with a car part that was difficult to find and which other shops couldn't get. He has good taste in music as well :) One happy customer!

I needed a light housing, connector repair kit and wire for my car and called Wardell Auto Parts to see if it could source the parts I needed. My call wasn't answered but it called me back from the missed call (nice touch), which was really appreciated. The parts weren't in stock but it sourced them within 24 hours at a price cheaper than I'd received elsewhere. The service during the call and when I picked up the parts was great. Overall I'm really pleased and have a new 'go to' for any car part requirements. Thanks Wardell Auto Parts, keep up the good work!!!
