I had a bad experience with another dental practice but after I was recommended to try here I was very happy. Zubair has been brilliant. Only doing what was necessary and completely painless. I couldn’t be happier with the work and even though I was uncomfortable at first he made me completely comfortable by explaining whet he was doing at each stage. I’ll be staying with him for as long as he’s practicing dentistry. Cannot recommend any higher than this.

Visited today and all staff are extremely friendly. Treatment carried out by Zain & Justine as normal. Both are always friendly and explain all aspects of treatment whether that be a check-up or something more. They always take the time to generate conversation and remember previous conversations whether that be home/work related.

Went there for 20 years. It was a good practice. I didnt go for a year due to a bereavement and a close family member's cancer treatment. They took me off their books. So rude. We used to be valued patients. Now nhs is a major inconvenience. It is not patients' fault if treatment is under-funded. Dentists need to stand up for them. Customer loyalty does not seem to count in dentistry now, unless you can afford to go private of course. Not just this practice, I know. It is so insulting that I wouldn't return there if it changed.
Had to go to two appointments during lockdown to fix a chipped tooth and felt completely safe due to their faultless Covid transmission prevention measures.

Everyone involved in my treatment were polite and efficient. Every step was explained and options were discussed clearly. Highly recommended.
Before I came to this dental practice I was a very nervous patient but Zain is an amazing dentist. He is calm, patient and professional. I do not fear going to the dentist anymore and have had a root canals and an extraction now when previously I was scared just going for an appointment. The practice is fully covid safe with all staff in full PPE, your hands are sanitised and temperature taken.
I turned up for my appointment. The whole inside of my tooth has come out. I was told that my appointment had been cancelled, not by me and i couldn't see anyone till 24th July, i am away this day. I explanied that i am moving to the USA end of July. I was told they have nothing else. I have been with the practise for years and if i had missed my appointment i woulf have been charged. Discussed that i have been treated in this way.
I started having toothache on Monday morning, and dropped in to the dentist on the way to the shops. I was given an appointment for the following day. I saw my regular dentist (Zain Ikram), who immediately carried out the necessary work to stop the immediate problem. Now that the emergency work has been done, I have another appointment arranged for more thorough treatment. Everyone was friendly and professional, and everything was explained to me. The cost of the treatment is spread out too. Highly recommended.
I've been a patient at this dental practise since I moved to Mossley 17 years ago. I have always had good advise and help with my dental hygiene. I have been met with a friendly personal touch, understanding and there is always a friendly atmosphere.
