Mothers Day Disaster!!
Called at 5pm when they opened (expecting getting the order in 1st would mean it would be decent & quick) got told up to an hour for delivery. Called them at 6:15pm to chase & got told they left 10mins ago so would be with us soon. Called again 6:25pm & the woman called the driver to see where he was, 2mins away apparently. I tried to discuss a discount for it taking so long & stressed the condition of the food wouldn’t be great. The woman said no, food would be fine, open it all & check while the driver is there ???? I mean who’s going to open every dish while the driver waits!! Still 5mins & no food! I called back, I said we won’t want the food, she took £5 off, I said that’s not acceptable, suggested £15, she said no but then said yes & she’d tell the driver. When he finally arrived he knew nothing of a discount & wouldn’t hand over the food until I paid full! He called the woman & she said £10 discount ???? we were so hungry so paid to get rid of him, we wouldn’t have if I’d had food in the fridge to eat! Wish we hadn’t taken the food, it was terrible!

It just wasn’t a nice meal, so many other issues & cold & it got wasted!!
Won’t be ordering from here again & wouldn’t recommend anyone else does, extremely disappointed!
My regular Chinese. It is quick. Food tastes good & they cook it to my preferences as I have dietary preferences.
Couples of days ago I ordered Chinese I had roast duck with rice and dry spare ribs, when my food arrived I was very unhappy with the spare ribs that they gave me, the spare ribs was hardly any meat on it just bones, so when I phoned them up to make a complaint all she said is she will give me extra spare ribs next time I order, today I found up to place an order and I was going to spend a lot of money so I asked her to give me separate spare ribs we've not extra charge due to my complaint I made, she said no I have to order the whole thing again what a rip-off. I've been a customer for years with that Chinese takeaway and this is how they treat their customer, I ripped up the leaflet through in the bin and I would never never order from them again, not only that my roast duck and rice did not taste right there was no salt and the duck taste off. I do not recommend you order from this takeaway shop try a different company this has put me off for life I will never trust Chinese food again.
First time ordering from here tonight after a friend recommended. Lady taking my order was very polite! Delivery was on time, and driver very friendly. The food was hot! They had put a plastic wrap around sauce dishes to prevent any spills leaking on to other dishes which is great! The food was absolutely amazing - best Chinese we have ever had and extremely good value for money. New loyal customers here :)
I had a brilliant delivery from this restaurant. The food was hot and plentiful , and the best Chinese takeaway I’ve had for a very long time. It arrived early, and I’m glad I tipped well. Ordering again tonight. I’ll add photos then.
Amazing quality food! You can definitely taste a difference compared to other places..definitely more fresher and you get what you pay for highly recommended this place ????
Always get from here and always good. Wish they had a website so I could look at menu as I never can find mine! Only reason not 5 stars is because I have had better but to be fair, at 50% more.
Worst Service I've ever had! Waiting 1 hour 20 minutes for a simple order to be delivered and when it arrived they wouldn't take card and never asked for payment over the phone, the food was sat outside freezing as the driver had to ring up to confirm if we could pay by card. 100% I will never order from there again. I wouldn't advise this takeaway restaurant to anybody. They were lucky to get 1 star as zero isn't an option. DISGUSTING SERVICE!
