New customer to this garage, the gent (Richard I think) took details of the car, what issues I had and what I wanted doing. Work all completed, the write up on the invoice was comprehensive and covered everything. Was a big chunk of work so the costs were high but expected and cheaper than other garages. Car returned with everything I wanted done, interior clean (clearly used covers and floor protectors - thank you, my interior is cream coloured!). I did suggest some improvements that could be made in relation to cost of parts and letting the customer know prior to fitting, the lady behind the desk said that should happen but she will speak to the guys as she appreciated what I was saying.
In my opinion, it's always good to listen to reasonable feedback from customers, needless to say, I'll be going back with future car work as and when it needs doing. Certainly at this point, would recommend.
Took my van here for an MOT. They got me in at very short notice and completed the works very promptly. Would highly recommend.
I put my car in with a loose exhaust. Apparently it was a quick fix and I was not charged. How often does that happen, these days? It may not be polished but this garage is a real gem. Honest, hard working people. I will be going back.
Just had mot oil change disks n pads very quick turn around very pleased will be back :)

Been using now for 15yrs always friendly and helpful staff if you have an issue with a repair willing to bring it back to look at and fix the issue. Good prices and loyal staff so know your not being taken for a mug have used now for 3 various cars for repairs or MOT would definitely recommend to people.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I took my car in for its MOT and service at this garage in February. All seemed fine as checked the Gov website and could see my car had passed with 0 advisories. As time went on and I had still not had contact from the garage by 2pm after dropping it off at 8am they said my car was ready to collect and didn’t clarify with me any work that needed doing on my car. When I arrived at the garage the receptionist asked if I was called for a quote and confirmed I was not. He then advised me of all the work what was done on my vehicle WITHOUT my knowledge or consent! Even worse to find out my car had actually failed it’s MOT but they just didn’t log this down. 2 weeks after I noticed my expansion tank from my coolant had emptied. I replaced this as thought my old one may had cracked but still leaking. Upon further investigation I had in fact found a crack in one of the pipes from my expansion tank which has caused it to leak! Seems very interesting after no issues with it prior it had now cracked after taking it to this garage. I wouldn’t ever return to this garage neither recommend to my enemies! To do £600+ worth of work without consoling the customer is outrageous and to break the car in the process puts the cherry on the cake! Horrible garage with even worse values.
Popped in to book a diagnostic check for tyres and brakes as it offered on their sign outside. Said this to the surly, unwelcoming receptionist but she questioned want I wanted, twice. I repeated " like they do at Kwik Fit "so she said "well why dont you take it to Kwik then!" SoI left and went to Kwik Fit! Moral - if you dont treat potential customers well they will go else where!
