My dentist is absolutely amazing! They are not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind-hearted and respectful. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and at ease. They take the time to listen to your concerns and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. The level of care and compassion they show is truly outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care!
Receptionist very rude and unwelcoming. Like she couldn’t be bothered we were there. More interested in her computer.
The appointment itself was rushed she just had a very quick look around my mouth and I had to ask for scale and polish even though it is part of the £26 you pay? Which I did need as they did it after asking.
Gone so downhill and didn’t even seem like the dentist knew was she was doing.
Registered recently at this dental practice and have no complaints whatsoever. My whole family have said they feel very welcome here. Great ambiance for children as well who may feel frightened of dentists, as the staff being amiable as well as informative.
Found Walrus Dental Care surgery to be very unwelcoming, receptionists were very cold in their customer service.
The dentist seemed nice but very rushed and carried out her dentistry very quickly which made us felt like we on a conveyer belt .
My daughter had treatment and was left in a lot of pain for a week after, she will need further treatment but somewhere else that can offer a more timely caring approach
Maybe some training would benefit the staff
We will definitely not be returning
Awful experience with this dentist informed by walrus’s receptionist that I’m being deregistered because I’m unable to make the appointment (which has clashed with my private one), even though I’ll be at the other dentist on the same day, you should not be expected to do this as a dental professional this should not have been an issue, where is the customer service?? Where is the customer care?? And why is is every single time I correspond with this dentist the receptionist is completely rude and unhelpful and it feels like she is going out of her way to be rude if you don’t like interacting with the general public or don’t like people get a job doing something else instead of turning business away and being snarky with people who contribute to the paying of your wages - complete joke and would t recommend to any of my friends or family if they can treat someone like I have been today god knows what the dental work is like
Baby had his first appointment the other day, I found the receptionist very rude and took her time to acknowledge me. Too busy doing something else. Customers come first, paperwork can wait! She didn't tell me what to do with the form I filled out as I tried handing it back, very condescending behaviour. If it carries on, I will find another dentist! Only 6 more months to wait!
I have been going to this dentist for the last 16 year.
The receptionist is always very helpful and well mannered and always answers the phone promptly unlike some of the previous receptionists. When you go in to check in she is very helpful and attentive.
The dentist Mohammed is also a very good dentist and very helpful and knowledgable. It’s a shame he is leaving but good luck and hurry up back.
I have been using them for years. My dentist is lovely and always makes me feel calm, which is great as I hate going!
