Looked online for menu, rang order through! Payment was £2:50 more than menu price! Also food was awful, tasteless, bland and soggy veg-will never go again! Had a few bad meals over past 6 months, tonight was the final straw! Off my list I’m afraid and we’re local ???????????? Funny reading reviews as this was my Chow mein too! Horrible ????????
Been ordering from here for over a year now and the food has been amazing every time. Most recent visit was last night and it was the most delicious thing I’ve had in a while! The Salt and pepper chips were just freshly made and tasted beautiful! The egg fried rice was lovely! I really recommend this as a Chinese but their fish and chips are also amazing! They do the best chips in gravy!
Never had a bad order from here. Their prices have gone up slightly with the cost of living but honestly it’s absolutely worth it, and still cheaper than our more local Chinese’s/ones on just eat!
Thought I would give it a try having read the reviews, Sorely disappointed. My grandson went in and was third in the queue. He asked for 3 x Haddock and chips and was out again within 15 mins. Got home and the fish was flat and oily. Chips were far from golden. Tried the fish and it certainly did not taste like Haddock. It had little volume and the batter wasn't crispy. The wife left hers after one forkful and after a couple of more bites so did I. The grandson, who would normally eat anything in front of him, followed suit. The fish was not up to standard and I suspect the oil is not changed often enough or it was not up to the correct temperature. The experience has put me off Fish and Chips for the time being and I would certainly not use this place again.

Fish and chips was excellent unlike a lot of Chinese takeaways whose batter is thick and "cakey".
This was light and crispy coating a nice sized piece of fish.
Best Chinese meal I have ever had. Loads of chicken in the curry and the chips were proper home made not usual frozen. 10/10 my first time but wont be the last. Excellent. Wife had chow mein which she said was fabulous
It's a good chippy on the whole. Fish and chips was good. Boys loved the chicken nuggets.
Went tonight first time and sorry the food was awful , was bot the meal i asked for and chips tasted stale. Salt and peper chips were just stale chips with huge green pepers and chillis thrown in . For what we paid for full order we were very unhappy and wont use again.
Really good food, was impressed at the extensive menu and the fact they do the proper big chop suey rolls
