The grocery pickup up is absolutely terrible here. On 3 separate occasions, I had a wait time of 1 hour or more for my small order pickup. No one at the pickup location answers the phone, and when you do get to ask a person about the status of your order they tell you they will right out only to leave you sitting for 20 minutes to half an hour. I definitely DO NOT recommend using this for grocery pick-up because you'll wait an hour with no other vehicles waiting. Depending on where you live, I'd recommend shopping the Walmart in Coal Township, PA
Placed an online order for pickup at the St. Clair location and got home to find over $100 with of groceries missing... After waiting 30 minutes for someone to come out. This is the second time at this location. Never had a problem at Hamburg. Had to call the 1800 Walmart number to get any help because no one would answer the phone.
Good store but holy cow can some of the employees be moody. I mean I get it. You work in a customer service oriented business where you have to deal with people constantly but for some of those people they can find other jobs. People are hiring all the time.
So, when I was there to get a orange drink and they were completely out of the big gallon of it as well. And I actually still love orange drink and I wish that they have big gallon again and stuff and that makes me really angry when they are out of orange drink and they have no right to do that and I definitely decided to give it a three star and I really really hope they have them back in stock and I will be happy if I get a chance to see them again and they do a good job selling them
Worst customer service. I was trying to purchase alcohol at 10 PM from this Walmart with 2 other people. I was denied by a customer service representative Yash: reason being we were intoxicated. We didn’t had a single drop of alcohol. I feel like when you give power to an foreign worker they start feeling superior then everyone. A person earning minimum wage should not think they can control the world. We didn’t do anything at the cash register, we put our beers on belt and we said hey. If you are reading this I hope you stay in Walmart for your entire life.
As usual great prices semi friendly people today but very much hate the direction it's going. if I'm checking myself out why am I paying full price? They are not paying cashier's therefore even a 1 Percent discount would be nice!!! Something!!!!
Friendly ... fast. Has just about anything you would want. But one suggestion. And I would make this to all the Walmarts I've been to practically in every state .... Order more 'Berry' flavored Propel Drink Mix. No matter what state I'm in and all the ones near me at home ... they have plenty of all OTHER Flavors. But most Everytime I go to that department ... 'Berry' is SOLD OUT????????????!
I was on waiting for someone to answer customer service my whole lunch. I am very angry that a business would have such a poor treatment of customers. This is why people do not like the people at Walmart.
