I hate self checkout so I rarely go here. I am 70+ years old and don't appreciate having to check out and bag my own items. It wears me out!! I also don't like that they have gotten rid of jobs for people who want to work!! High school kids can use gas money and don't need to get top wages!!
The amount of money I paid for my groceries I should not have to throw something away daily!, due to careless behavior from the person who filled my order. I seemed to have gotten every rotten or wilted fruit in the store. I am highly upset. I had to do a refund the same day for my grapes because they were not fit to eat. And the raspberries were so soft and gooey I threw those away the next day! My grapefruit has changed color over the course of a day! And just this morning my son wanted Pears to take in his lunch bag and I threw away the entire bag due to them being rotten brown and disfigured. If people are spending hard earned money on your products the least you can do is make sure they receive FRESH PRODUCE!!! Needless to say I am beyond pissed off. I’d request a refund but I’m sure they’ll be some run around with that.
Do better and start holding employees accountable for this ridiculousness.

This store needs a corporate intervention BIG TIME. The rear of the store is the worst, but honestly, nearly every aisle has pallets of unpacked boxes while shelves are empty. I took photos! I complained to a clerk, who was very sweet, that the aisle I needed to access was impassable, loaded with boxes waiting to be unloaded from start to end. When I asked if the 1st of the month was the reason for all the boxes, she replied that those aisle are always like that - no one to unpack them. I saw clerks everywhere, so I don't get what the problem is unless management isn't managing. Corporate has a significant problem at this store location. We ended up driving to Rockingham, NC to find a very different store - clean, stocked, wide open aisles,... The Laurinburg store's going to shut down if corporate doesn't intervene.
What can be said negative about these people, or this business! ???? nothing!! Some of the best people you will ever meet or come in contact with. Hard working, detacated to there craft, have a thankless job, they provide a service for the community, a place where everyone can go, regardless of race, creed, or financial comparisons. I wish nothing but blessings on these people and anything they are involved with, the owner Brian is a good dude, he has earned everything he has and any success he has had or will have in the future are well deserved. This is a food truck with the best chicken wings on God's green earth, best ranch dressing as well. I hear he is opening a second truck soon, so stay make sure you check them out there as well. 5 ???? service, 5 ???? food!!

I had an awesome experience with the Laurinburg Walmart Supercenter on 3/19/24. My siblings was in a crisis mode and needed medication. Time for the Pharmacy to close but Priscilla Tyson and Jerry Wilkes (Wayne).

This is one of the most cleanest, organized,fabulously stores I’ve ever been in.They have so much that my local Walmart.Things here are easy to locate too. Customer service is exceptionally great. I just can’t say enough about the store just a visit and you’ll see the difference.
