I will admit, this is my first time in 5 years stepping foot inside this particular Walmart, even though I live near by. I was treated VERY poorly back then and swore I wouldn't go back. It was very odd walking in the other day. Thankfully I was only there to grab some flowers in the garden center and left out the gait there. So, I didn't have to "people" too much. I have met the current manager who made me feel comfortable about trying the store again, and should any situations arise, I have his phone number. He has been in my own shop a couple times.
The gal working was extremely pleasant and another fellow gave me some boxes for transporting my new finds home so my new car wouldn't get dirty. Very nice of him to offer that, and much appreciated! I don't plan to go as often as I have before but baby steps.. I'll tackle it one department at a time if I have to. Nicely done Kelly, you've done a great job from what I've seen in turning this store around.
This store isn't managed in a manor safe or accessible to handicap patrons. Nearly impossible to get around store in the evenings.
Customer service is so bad here.
I visited this Walmart in the afternoon and there was this short girl , with blonde and black hair, her co worker said her name is Renee. that was watching the self check out area. When I asked for help she seemed very upset about having to do her JOB then proceeded to tell me she COULDNT help and walked away. I then overheard her complaining about “Retarted customers”
Don’t be hiring people that are to lazy to do their EASY job and make your customers never want to come back.
There is no bakery but they put in double effort for their deli. Interesting layout compared to other facilities. Friendly staff
I was told to be there at 4 o’clock to get my Tire patched I was there at 3:30. I did not leave until 715. Kate is very slow and the worker Katie was working so hard she deserves to be awarded for that she’s running in and out helping the guy at the counter, but that is extremely too long to wait and then the guy at the counter was mad that I asked to speak to the manager and still had to pay full price
The horrid coldness of recent days forced me to abandon my vehicle, as it would not start. I waited three days and when the cold lessened, I went to Walmart and bought two containers of gasoline antifreeze. They had a mere four bottles and I got two so the next consumer would have theirs.
We poured the precious fluid in my tank only after getting a jump start to get moving. They did not have the battery I needed but O'Reilly did.
There was a nice young lady that helped me load my garden dirt, I really appreciated that,you don't find that much anymore, Thx..
Awesome had the pit boss I wanted 2 guys help me take it out and load it probably about a 15 minute transaction
