Steven and his crew really knocked it out of the park on one of our work trucks. I asked for recommendations in a Facebook group and 4 different people wrote me initially and NONE of them followed up or even showed like Steven did. He came to our yard, gave me a fair price, and within days had our box truck dent free, painted, and ready to be put back in service immediately. I highly recommend him and Wallys Dent Shop. I will only use him for all of our work trucks from now on!

Went in for a estimate he greeted me with a hug I thought it was awkward never had anyone do anything like that before I was already having a bad day because everyone was giving me these ridiculous prices he told me he would take good care of me even brought me a coffee and donut while I waited the coffee was so good I forgot to ask the gentleman what brand did he use.. gosh it was good!! He gave me a price that made my day even better! I left my truck with him and he got it back to me in a timely manner my truck looked brand new! I will never go anywhere else such a great guy with good vibes all around! ????????
After someone pointed out how bad my hail damage was due to good ol' texas weather, this shop was recommended multiple times! The Owner helped me out the whole way through even from the start, showing me how much the human eye doesn't see! He kept me updated on anything that was happening! And my car looked awsome afterwards with a fresh wash to go! Happy customer here!
Got terrible hail damage not too long ago. My brother referred my to Wally’s so I dropped my car off one day and when I came and got it it looked better than it did when I bought it! 10/10 Wally’s!
Awsome job my car looks like new and the customer service was great. Kept me in the loop and got the job done quickly just paid my deductible and all the dents are gone.
I've taken plenty of vehicles here personal vehicles family vehicles vehicles of friends to get them fixed up and they get done no questions asked beautiful looks brand new after they're done hands down one of the best in Lubbock highly recommended 10 out of 10 after this last little bit of hell we had I might take both of my cars in

I had to actually pay to a 3rd party painter and found my vehicle on Valencia … so I paid more than my deductible
