So after reading for the most part , good reviews ,I took my vehicle here to get a second opinion from Carlos,the technician, and I'm glad I did, save me lots of $. , He's knowledgeable, honest, friendly.
Great service, clean and organize shop, clean waiting area and lastly fair and honest pricing. I had issues with my steering wheel not being centered after an alignment at another shop that they refused to fix unless I paid for another alignment. I found Wallisville Alignment and couldn't be happier with the quality of service. Carlos was not only able to correct the steering wheel but got my truck aligned and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday. I will be returning for future alignments and other automotive needs.
The man attitude is horrible argues back and forth with you just to say my alignment machine is down. First he gave me a price of how much it’s going to be and then it’s a car getting an alignment. If it was down why he didn’t say it when we first got there. Will not recommend this place to anyone
Every time I go to this place I don’t like the man’s attitude at all he’s very rude and standoffish… I WILL NEVER COME BACK here… He always brush me off and just treat me like im a nobody and he just walks off when I try to explain to him he’s very rude man!!!! When your serving people you have to show compassion towards others smh But God sits high and he looks low and he takes very good notes!!!!

This is my mechanic shop from now on. He repaired my vehicle that other mechanics messed up. I highly recommend this shop for your car repairs!!! He is quick and very knowledgeable about cars!
